Beautiful! One question though, wouldn’t using a whisk to mix in the meringue destroy a lot of air bubbles or is that fine since it’s for a cheesecake? I thought you always gently fold it in with a spatula.

No pues yo le pique al vídeo porque me apareció y me llamó la atención y aparte tenía letras koreanas o japonesas sinceramente no sé y por eso me siento estúpido pero el chiste es que los canales de este tipo suelen ser profesionales y muy pacíficos todo limpio y pulido y por ejemplo el padres se ve increíble todo esponjoso y así bien explicado, bueno los polvos del final no supe que era pero eso es algo mínimo. aparte se toma la molestia de poner los ingredientes en español y eso vale más, sinceramente me suscribo inmediatamente y le di like por más vídeos así, por ahí Vi un vídeo del mismo canal pero de un padre de mango que ufff lo veré más tarde y pienso hacer uno aunque no sepa nada de cocina jaja bueno no mucho
I guess it's a sakura flavored syrup..sakura is used in Japanese cuisine so I guess they made a syrup too. The flowers look like the storebought sugar flowers too
Sakura is just the Japanese word for cherry blossoms. You could try Asian supermarkets/grocery if you have any in your area. Their recent cherry and strawberry mochi video shows how the flowers were made, they’re cream cheese.
I can probably substitute both the food coloring and the cherry blossom syrup for the syrup I get in sour cherries. No idea why, but that syrup or edible cherry blossoms themselves are so rare here
