Did you use locktite on the screws? I have heard of horror stories where some of these screws have come loose and gone into the intake manifold... Terrible stories... :)

I did not. But if u are worried. Use blue locktite

I smoke tested a Chevy Caprice 96, and spotted a vacum leak from the throttlebody shaft, is that normal or should it be rebuilt/replaced?

Your shaft seals were leaking. What were the symptoms you were having?

Boost leak test showed bubbles coming from them.
