hi I did my DNA test I'm an African American I traced my family back to King Charles, I did my tree 25 times I couldn't believe it, my wife is Romanian and she was shocked. then as I'm finding records coat of arm pop up the house of Stewart. I got to a point were stories and more documents started popping up . I then went to look for things outside ancestry and what I found I wasn't ready. tried to explain to ancestry on the phone I didn't get any help. so I'm still in disbelief. one of my grandfathers Edward ned Stewart was where things got interesting. but ever one of my grandfathers Stewart to Stuart. match up, even in the new world. I don't know who to contact

Then check odd family surnames like Keith, Wemus, Ross, Fraser, Home. Then you are likely a Scottish Stewart. You’ll also find a lot of your ancestor died at Flodden Field.
