That is a visa status... Before the interview.. If you check visa status it's like No status.. After the interview if you get approval it's display issued.. But some cases it's late to update in visa status... In that time it's displays like administrative processing... After 2 days it's displays like Issued.. If you get rejection in visa interview.. It's displays like refused.
