Would be interesting to see the two end of the spectrum. 1) well known and establish brand making one of their finest product (plantation rum XO 20th)....&.... 2) another video with a less known 1 man show with lots of experience (similar to your video with Neven in Croatia). I have started to do my own Rum... Very interested to see others' process, tools, techniques etc... There is an old National geographic long video on youtube of a Barcadi tour!! Super interesting. Looking forward to see your next videos! Cheers.

I love the Texas Whiskey scene and the amazing whiskey coming out of it. Dare I say it’s Kentucky’s younger, more ambitious, risk-taking sibling. But TEXAS is not a good enough selling point to me. “It’s just different”...”CORN”...”experimental”..everything they’re saying is the same old thing. Focus on the climate. Focus on something that TRULY makes a difference instead of falling into the “Texas is a brand” trap

Texas wont be able to establish its taste until they are able to age longer without oak take over. Im sure they are honing in on char levels. age and cask refills for that refined Texas Taste.
