  • Fake Football Shirts 👉🏽 in 2024 they're everywhere... Sites like DH Gate are becoming increasingly popular due to the official jerseys selling for a substantial amount ⚽️ Not everyone can afford "the real deal" especially working class parents who've been battling their way through a cost of living crisis. BUT... there is a catch. When you buy a fake football shirt, you don't REALLY know where that money is going. In the past we've made a few light-hearted football shirt reviews when they've just arrived in the post... Controversial issues aside, do these copies REALLY hold up against the real thing⁉️ Without getting deep into the political side, we discuss the truth with regards to quality, compared to authentic shirts and their inability to last over time... ON A LIGHTER NOTE... Ry's EURODAILY BEGINS THURSDAY MORNING 11am (UK TIME) 👍🏽 SUBSCRIBE for Daily Euros content! 🏆

Did you use napalm instead of washing powder/gel? Also, what jerseys are you buying, that's official yet poor printing? If you've bought a replica then more fool you. Even a swingman jersey won't "wash off".

Guide to know if you should buy official or fake shirts:
*Case 1:* Are you a solvent collector and you only care about having the shirts hanging on a hook, regardless of the fact that you are probably not going to wear them more than 3 times in your life? Then buy officials.
*Case 2:* Do you only care about showing your support for your soccer team, going to the stadium or simply using it to go have beer with your friends, without having to spend $150 each season? Buy fake shirts then.

I’m doing it wrong as the fakes are hanging up and the real ones I swear and spill beer down at games…

    Here's my two penneth.
Are DHgate or other Chinese websites shirts the same quality as the authentic versions? Absolutely not, for £14-£15 a shirt you can't expect the same level of quality control you'd get at Nike or Adidas.
I've had my share of duds from DHgate and others. Shirts with wonky collars, way too small despite sizing up, I once got an Inter shirt with a Juventus Coppa Italia winners badge on.
Obviously they are not going to be the same quality. I was at a beer festival a few weeks ago which was a fundraiser for a football club. There were about 50 kids running around in football kits and you could spot the dodgy DHgate ones a mile off. The giveaway for kids shirts is massive neck holes, some of them were so low they looked like women's blouses, but the kids didn't care and they probably cost about £15.
The thing about fake shirts being linked to organised crime or unsafe working conditions is completely unfounded and most likely a smear to try to stop people buying them. Let's not forget not so long ago Nike got in trouble for practices in their sweatshops.
If it's a shirt that you really want and you'll cherish it for years, buy the original. If you can't afford it use klarna and break up the payments but don't assume the original won't fall to bits in the wash.
In my experience generally non-fake shirts are more durable but there are exceptions to the rule and I was absolutely fucking livid with Adidas when my £100 Arsenal shirt started falling to bits after about three washes. At the same time I have had fakes that lasted years and I've worn to death, it's just the luck of the draw.
My advice for DHgate shirt buying is this.
    1) only use the highest rated sellers, I'm talking upwards of 98.5% and who have sold thousands of shirts
    2) if you want it to last, consider not getting a name and number on the back. In my experience they tend to peel off pretty easily.
    3) fan version shirts are more durable than player version shirts, that goes for DHgate and authentic shirts. Stitches are harder wearing than heat bonded plastic.
    4) it's a numbers game. You're not gonna get a great DHgate shirt every time. They can't afford to throw the shirt in the bin cos the collar's a bit wonky but having said that I've got DHgate shirts that look great and no one could tell the difference.
    5) always hand wash your football shirts (real or DHgate). Wash them in lukewarm water with a small amount of detergent, don't iron them, don't hang them on the radiator, don't use fabric conditioner.
Ultimately everyone would rather buy the real deal but corporate greed and classic football shirt websites have inflated the cost of football shirts so they're no longer accessible to most people. That's just the reality of the situation and by buying real shirts you're just feeding insatiable corporate greed. Look at the cost of NFL jerseys in the US? That's where we're heading if we don't get control of the situation.

I buy from DHgate and the jerseys have been really good. None have been bad. I had one since 2019 which is still in good condition. Name and number still on too.

Most originals come from sweet shops in Asia anyway.
I’ve had DHgate shorts for a few years, not one has had any issues, wash by hand and air dry👌. If you have to use a washing machine thrn put them in a pillow case inside out👌.
I only use them to play 5 a side in though. And any NFL fans the NFL shirts are 👌👌👌 of there. Also on DHGate if you type in Man Utd and it says no match, top right is an icon that’s red, click on it and press reset. Then they show the shirts.

Ordered 3 different AS Roma jerseys and 2 Celtic jerseys from DHgate. Can't wait to get them in!! Most of the time when I ordered baseball jerseys from them, it looks a lot like the real thing. Only a couple of times did I get bad ones. But I'm in a football kick now so it will be interesting to see how they turn out.
