Gutter broom turntable is not spinning fast enough...needs to kick the debris under the sweeper against the dirt deflector.....leavening a line of debris between his gutter broom and his vaccum...

You need to open the water a lot water open all nuzzle try it your sweerper can clean very well
Trust me we try they only let us open up 1000 gallons a day depending on the city
