How the Supreme Court ruling on homeless camping bans could affect the Mid-South

The Supreme Court cleared the way for cities to enforce bans on homeless people sleeping outside in public places on Friday.

I was very pleased with this ruling. There are resources available for homeless people. Many if not most of them are on the streets because they refuse help.

We choose to avoid speaking about the drug problem. Many people refuse help because they can't bring their meth with them to the shelter. I was in that situation and I found that I'd rather be where there were no rules so I could get high and let the public walk out of their way to avoid my tent.
