CC On-Demand MCLE: Mediation in Child Welfare Cases

On August 29, 2024, The Children’s Commission hosted a live webinar entitled “Mediation in Child Welfare Cases: Preparing, Participating, and Proposing Solutions.” Presenters Michelle Morgan of Morgan Law, Sean P. Healy of Healy Law, and Sonja Sims of Sims & PuPurzer provided an overview of the mediation process in child welfare cases and discussed how attorneys can make effective use of the benefits of mediation.
