@@nathantustin3270 you missed the point. I was just pointing out that Iain won olympias through Chris just because he coached a genetic phenom. Where the hell did i mention hany?
I’m 60 lost interest in bodybuilding- until CBum came along - how a physique should look like ! I’m doing my first show @60 years old ! Classic physique masters over 60 in October.
good luck, but “how a physique should look like” is subjective, appreciation for the sport includes appreciation of physiques in open and other divisions as well.
@@Danny-kv1pl Yeah but everybody just ignoring the open guys over the years is why it got that bad, Andrew Jacked will be Mr. O over the next few years easily once he's all complete with some more size. But open was bad and gross most of the last decade. We had big Ramy as the Mr. O lol what a joke.
To see Cbum figured out in a kind way that to boost his confidence and convey "I'm here for you man" is lifting! Also the fact that Cbum is capable of coming out as a kind and normal guy, usual guy is also cool and touching.
cbum is so refreshing cos despite having so much to be cocky about he is still so humble and relatable, in a world where anyone who gets the slightest bit of success starts acting like they're the shit
I am a casual bodybuilder and going to the gym in the evening gives my serious anxiety because even before I get there, I know it is going to be a turd fest. I am social enough but making training even more stressful is not what I want. Therefore, having your own gym is awesome. Ppl feel if they are alone , they cannot get motivated but all the pros have inspired me so much at my age that I work better on my own now because you begin to realise that bodybuilding requires inner peace and focus. Aggression plays a very small role in bodybuilding, ppl think it is the main factor because they see the top guys being so but it take alot of focus and being calm helps alot. I totally get why Chris has a great physique apart from being blessed with great structure,
Another great podcast and Q&A. I agree that most people only make a change when they have to. Unfortunately it seems people too often want to take the easy way out and struggle to do what they need to in order to evolve and get better. The mind is a powerful thing, in both good and bad ways. It can be very hard to control, but if you can the sky is the limit.
I usually listen do podcast for a few minutes and never finish them. This one I watched the whole thing. 🔥 Two dudes with so much value. Two champions at their craft.
avoiding stress as a bodybuilder is a full time job as well. To protect your work is very hard, especially in today's society. Stress is a mood killer, mind killer, performance killer, physique killer at the end of it all
On one of the last points, I totally agree with Hany. As a soon to be a bariatric surgeon, I think it’s not enough to only have goals to lose weight or stay in shape. One of the previous points Hany made was that you need to make appetizing diet/prep food so you don’t go after cheat meals. Discipline is good, but you need adjuncts.
So Cal would be awesome for a seminar. Instead of doing it in the heart of LA maybe Pasadena or areas surrounding LA would be cool (and less hectic with traffic) lol. You guys are great💪🏻 Go get that title this year
Totally agree, hats off to Ian not everyone get to do that. Always good insights everytime Chris get to sit with u hany you both inspire alot of people
Please make the overall output volume of these podcasts louder. Every episode is significantly quieter than all other videos I watch on this same platform
A seminar in VA would be awesome! That’s close to DC. There are three great bodybuilding centric gyms that come to mind: DMV Iron, RVA Iron Gym and The Shop Gym.
I noticed Chris being content with being Mr. Olympia and then wanting to go to the office and be an entrepreneur; In life, some form of education and refinement of one's self is a stage every man will get to, it may be at a different point in time for each person. I can say the same for myself. So, it is not pretentious but rather, a human need
@14:30 "I got great people in ny life, I don't really care about celebrities and stuff like that, I care about REAL PEOPLE AND I GOT GOOD PEOPLE IN MY LIFE." -CBum-
I asked the question about doing a seminar in the DC area! I think I said DC/VA not DC/LA haha, but I appreciate you answering my question! Hopefully y’all come back around to the NE/Mid Atlantic area at some point! Enjoy all the collabs you and Chris do. 🙏🏽🤝
If you're living healthy and eating healthy, you're eating what your body needs, which means no junk food, so you're never going to crave unhealthy foods, the first month of transitioning from eating shit to healthy is going to have to be self control and discipline
Norcal/central Cali seminar please fellas!!,,, Im 40 mins south of Sacramento, bbuilding huge up here too. Chris and Hany, youre my fav in the game, bring Derek and Seth Feroce out west here too and blow the roof off the venue,,,LA gets all the love with the "mecca" stuff. We got a serious scene up here too..5x Mr O,24x Mr O coach in 8 weeks,,Facts!!🏋♂️🙏
don’t forget Iain is also an Olympia winning coach
Yes he deserves the recognition but trust me if he trained me he wouldn't be no Olympia winning coach
@@Professional.Bro.777Yeah no shit bro
3x Olympian winning coach 👌🏾
@Professional.Bro.777 you act like everybody Hany has coached has won Olympias. He has a lot of them but not every client reaches that point.

Wow! Your 180 yrs old 🙌🙌
its nice seeing someone as successful as Chris still show nervousness and humility

Almost a year later, the videos of hadi & cbum training together are some of my favorites. Can’t wait to see more this year.

Will absolutely miss Iain as a competitor. He is an asset to the bb world. Hope to see him as a commentator or judge.

CBum naming all the cereals as commentary is gold.
Great podcast I enjoy hearing chris mindset and perspective on things and you hany best bodybuilding coach ever😎💪🏽💯
Was wondering what to watch as I’m about to head to the gym for an hour on the stairs. Appreciate y’all for this timely drop 🙏🏾
Something so funny about Chris just naming different cereals for a minute straight 🤣

Both you guys on Rogan at same time would be good!
Thank you! Always enjoy the podcast
Hany your podcasts are very quiet, people cant hear it if listening on mobile phone, especially branch warren one.
volume is WAAAAAY to low, Hany. Needs some FST7.
CBum: ‘I like solitude and hate people’ says one of the most influential and popular people in the world! LOL
Seminar in ATL Georgia would be awesome.
What a cool guy Chris is
How ironic. My favorite cereal is Raisin Nut Bran too!!!
Seminar in San Diego California! 🙏🏻
"Who would you want to collab with?" "Kim Kardashian" *Bodybuilder stabbed by fiance after idiotic response to a question* lol
A seminar in Chicago would be sick.
Seminar in/near Boston. I’m not a bodybuilder, but I’d definitely go.
Seminar in San Diego would be legit 🙌🏽
Seminar in or around Phoenix, AZ would be great.
