I love the explanation on the body soul and spirit... the separation between the Flesh and Spirit.. So good!! Our flesh was crucified with Christ on the Cross..Such an amazing gift of life and we have to walk with the spirit not the flesh :)

I've asked for this in earnest, and am still waiting for Him to answer. I desire this so much, but maybe it's to the point that I need to stop interfering, and wait on Jesus to answer. I think it would help in many instances. And, of course, Mr. devil is trying to convince me that I am not worthy, I won't be allowed to have it, and yada, yada, yada-just shut up and go away. According to Ron Wyatt the blood of Yeshua/Jesus actually ran down onto to Mercy Seat of the Ark of the Covenant which was located under the crucifixion site, when the earth shook, a crack opened up, and the Ark which had been hidden since the Babylonian ransacking of the Temple in Jerusalem around 600 BC, was briefly exposed..John saw this and could testify that Jesus was the Son of God.

Of course i'm speaking of, "if you're a believer" and you catch Jonathan's small oversight, as far as anyone being "harsh" or "religious". I am concerned with the hyper-critical nature i find in the Body of Christ today. Let's focus on loving people..simple mention the mistake in passing with the correct information, which could have been a simple typo in notes for all we know. Let's focus on intimacy with God, not waiting to pounce on every little imperfection or mistake in teachings.

It's extreme to think a person an "idiot"or "disregard"everything said due to such a small oversight. If you're a believer, what a harsh, religious, Phariseeic heart! "..Warn them before God against pious nitpicking, which chips away at the faith. It just wears everyone out. Concentrate on doing your best for God, work you won't be ashamed of, laying out the truth plain and simple." 2 Timothy 2 MSG And a non-believer picking up on something so small is more than likely just itching for a fight!
Actually, antichrist is only mentioned 3 times is 1 John and 1 time in 2 John (he said 2 times in 1st John and 2 times in 2nd John, which was a mistake).....ALWAYS look this up for yourselves! This is a really good teaching, but if you don't look it up for yourself and you try to explain it to someone else they are going to think you are an idiot and disregard everything you are telling them if they know that is wrong.....

I don't believe it was Jonathan's intend to take or discuss the entire unity of man (Body, Spirit, Soul). It could easily take 4 lessons to cover it. However, if one wants to understand the correct relationship or the unity of man, he has to go to the O.T. He must go the Hebrew translation, and go back to Gen 2:7. Gen indicates than man is body or (most commonly flesh), and spirit, which equals soul. You "are" a soul instead of having a soul. (Heb words, Bazar = flesh, Ruwach = Spirit, and Nephesh = Soul or translated as soul. better translation is "living being"). So Bazar + Ruwach = Nephesh or living being/the person). This living being has the mind, will and emotions). There is no little pocket inside of you that's your soul. It's you that get's saved (your entire being), not a soul inside of you. When we get to paradise we get a new body like Jesus. In the Greek soul is Psuche. Paul, a Heb scholar knew all of this. Very few know and & teach this.

prophecy is not the same as discerning of spirits. Else one is not necessary. plus one belongs to the prophet ( prophecy) and the other (discerning of spirits) belongs to the apostle. so anything he says further is nonsense. It is his precepts that he teaches for the fear of the Lord. and he is not a Seer!

the soul cannot be the mind and the emotions when the commandment requires the mind 2 serve God separately. the first commandment is to love the Lord your God who is the heavenly father Abba Patyr with all of our heart which is our spirit, and our soul. these two are important because they have to do with the restoration of the Godhead by the likeness of God by loving him with all of our heart, and the Soul which is the image of God, whereby we receive back Dominion. this guy is a false teacher because he still has sin in his life and think he's righteous. how can you have sin in your life when that is the reason why the Lord came to deliver us of it and think that what you say is going to help anybody. that is being a hypocrite

I guarantee you this man does not know what he's talking about and is in scripture error. for one because the word of knowledge is fragment of the past not the future the present makes it prophecy not the word of knowledge. the same goes with the word of wisdom it is fragment of the future otherwise you can say the same thing about it that it is the present where as it is not
