Not going to lie. Mine had a multitude of teething problems that needed sorted. Bought it for my wife to shoot. Pellets falling into the mechanism. If you don't fully and deliberately pull back the cocking lever you can stack pellets in the barrel. Loose barrel. The walnut stock is far too narrow for me to hold comfortably and I would have expected a prettier stock with adjustable butt and cheekpiece for the money but my wife liked it. Now the good points. Phenomenally accurate out at 50m, 22 mag .177 capacity means less loading, lovely predictable trigger, no auto safety, solidly made, and fairly forgiving with pellets. Did I mention accurate? Its just that stock! I pull a similarly priced Daystate or an Air Arms out of my gun case and I am wow-ed by the beautiful stock. FX doesn't deliver that wow factor. A very capable tool for range or field though.

Yesterday i get my dreamline and i fall in love whit it (before hatsan bt65) it is so licht synthetic stock feels so good have mine in .25

Nice looking thing. But nothing beats the Weihrauch HW100. I've been through them all. FX is accurate but mine developed a trigger fault within 6 weeks. I currently have 12 guns, all Weihrauch's. You just cannot beat them for quality, reliability, accuracy and ease of use. The magazine system alone on this would bore me to death. Over the years I've spent thousands on Air Rifles. Nothing compares to the Weihrauch in my opinion. The best rifle I've had outside of the Weihrauch brand was a Brocock Commander. That was a magnificent gun to be fair.
Can You give me a tip on what "budget," pcp I can buy at the Weihrauch segment?
Are they all accurate?

Haven't tried AirForce pcps yet? It is the best, the most reliable and very precise. I have a Texan .30 and the Talon P .25. Unbeatable. Even very easy to disassemble and repair either even if you must have a little trouble.

I currently own this air rifle in .22 and it’s fantastic. It’s very accurate. The only thing I didn’t like, was the bin lid magazine 😂, so I bought a CARM mini magazine which sorts out the issue. 👍🏼
Lordy - Looking to get one however wondering what size scope mounts you would suggest for the normal magazine?

@@JEvz I’ve only ever used the smaller CARM magazines with my rifle. But if you want to use the standard magazine you’ll need a set of high mounts like the FX no limits or something along them lines.

Andy how more accurate is the FX DREAMLINE compared to the HW100 ,HW110, DAYSTATE HUNTSMAN, AA 51O , Fx wildcat and the BSA R 10. Thank you I hope you can comet.

If I was looking to buy a fx I think I would save some money and just go with the slimline. It really would do every thing this can do except for the modular stock.
The new smooth twist x barrel on the dreamline is better no flyers at all my old slimline would always throw out flyers these shoot very nice just like Andy says but you need to shoot one really

I’m quite new to pcp‘ sand was wondering what the difference is in higher end rifles? I own a weihrauch hw110st in .177 and it seems a good overall package and it cost me £620 used but only 2 weeks old. Is there a difference in performance to either this reviewed rifle or a Daystate redwolf or fx crown etc? I know these hold more air but why the big prices of £1500 +?It is a little confusing thanks for any help
One word answer no stick to what you have if your happy with it the performance don't step up with the price having said that this gun on review I've just percashed and took it to the range it shoots very smooth and very well many where shooting it I had a job to get it back lol this rifle is very refined and really addictive to shoot but as for accuracy there isn't alot between any modern pcp budget or top end

yes, there are quite a few out there.. I have the EDgun Leshiy with three different barrels and they are producing the leshiy 2 which is semi auto also. thanks for watching

Hello, I am about to enter the PCP air rifle world , In your opinion which would you suggest The FX Dreamline Classic .25 cal or The Daystate Revere .25 cal for small game hunting, rabbits and squirrels. P.S. I love your videos
In Germany you can buy this regulated in 7,5J but they put the original parts for 24J in the Box. Its legal here in to own those parts. Using ist needs permit. Same in the UK?
Here in the UK, we can shoot up to 12 ft/lbs without a licence.
Above that, we need to apply for a Fire Arms Certificate (FAC).
How loud is this rifle?

So unlike the other Dreamlines no hammer spring adjustment? just the Streamline transfer port adjuster, that's disappointing.
No you can adjust the power through the back but these are set so close to the UK limit you can't tune them mine threw a 8.44 grain pellet at 793 fps with 800 being the limit you can't up it very nice guns mine shoots well
FX nice guns shame about the large magazines and the prices£ 😒
I looked at this rifle last week and it look tremendous in walnut and felt great in the shoulder but when I saw the magazine set up that was it I wasn’t interested one bit as I do loads of night time shooting and to faff on with a loading system like that was a none starter and the gun went back on the shelf and I came away with a weihrauch hw100s in 177. I already own the hw110 in 22 and decided to stick to what I know.
To me that loading systems on the fx air guns is the only thing that lets the rifles down, too many working parts, they should take a leaf from weihrauch and produce a no nonsense one piece mag.

I have a sub 12ft/lb HW100 .22 but would be interested in a Dreamline Classic for FAC.
However, that complicated “dustbin lid” magazine that FX designed puts me off.
I’ve yet to see anything as neat and simple as Weihrauch’s magazine/indexing system and the way it is sunk right into the action/stock.
