Loved that part at the end where you mentioned that the best experience comes from practice and not being afraid of making mistakes. Well said.

Your videos are truly the best in all ways. I just discovered you and have learned so much. Not only are you a master chef and griller, it is your video quality, quick and dirty essentials, perfect speed, visual notes, clarity in the way you talk & succinct details. Please keep making more videos... I think I just may have to compete with my husband for grill time. I'm practicing tonight with your two grill zone method to stop the over charring/burn edges teriyaki chicken that always happens at our house. Please make more videos, Master Grill Chef Pitarqui!

Thank you, Thank you, Thank you! I apologize for taking so long to respond. I appreciate the kind words. If you are burning the edges too much I would either lower the heat on the gas grill or have less charcoal on the charcoal grill. if you can raise the grate from the flame or heat please do so. keep it flipping at a faster pace. Figure out what works for you, it also all depends on what type of grill you have, since Teriyaki is thin it would cook very quickly. I hope this helps. Thanks again, cheers and keep on grilling

Thank YOU Yannababi for watching the video. I still do not record an introduction video to my channel but the main reason for this channel is to have fantastic grilling recipes that even beginner grillers can follow and impress their friends and family. You should not have to be an expert griller to make some great food. Good luck with everything, let me know how everything turned out for you. Cheers and keep on grilling!

You want to be able to monitor the heat inside your grill at food level if you're smoking low and slow. At least if you're using a Weber, or any Kettle grill. I even use one in my small stick burner. The Meater is good for that with the ambient measurement. But it's pricey. I use a ThermoPro TP20 Wireless with two probes. And a remote unit to take with you to monitor. Only like 70 bucks on amazon. Definitely recommend. One for the meat, one for the heat.
