Was born and raised in Hong Kong for 13 years before I moved to London, UK. I only went to Stanley twice 😂 this video brings back some memories I still go back HK every 3 years so this will be on my list💯
Thank you for shearing. It is one of the nicest places on this world. I have been there a few times. To sit out side and have a meal and a beer and look out to sea, you cannot beat it.
It felt like I was walking through Stanley Market. I got tired of walking just looking at it! I want to go again. I'm really thankful to you. スタンレーマーケットを散歩した気分になりました。 見てるだけで、歩き疲れました! また、行きたいです。本当にありがとうございました。
Is Stanley a good destination on a public holiday? I just want to skip the more crowded area, enjoy the scenery, and stroll around cute cafes and markets in cute neighborhoods Or do you have other suggestions to places I can go during Public Holidays in Hong Kong? Thank you!
Yes, Stanley is a great place for holidays! But I’d say during public holidays, everywhere in Hong Kong is crowded, especially when many locals like to visit the countryside. My personal favourite would be Sai Kung, which has a number of cafes, a seafood market and many hiking trails for you to explore. There is a pier connecting the town to nearby islands, such as Sharp Island, Yim Tin Tsai and even offering boat tours around Geopark.
