Hey that's me
Eyy, I just watched this video earlier today
Shhh no its not
@ WAI-
I respect you way too much now lol, you gold bursted heavy mod at 11:33
@@WatrWizz I didn't think it would work LMAO I just thought "I can't block this what if I just try a burst" I don't play against many sols so I'm not used to his moves
as someone who no lifes fighting games SF6 has by far the best practice range then any game ive ever played
It’s so goated and it’s great that they’ve added replay takeover as well
Sf6's practice has given me more knowledge in the 9 months i've played it than playing fighting games since i was 16
This guy is funny af. Im gonna go watch his other stuff.
Pls do his stuff is GOATED
Rivals has a huge practice range! to the point it seems too big. Like, I don't want to run around for 5 minutes to find the shooting range.
However, later on when I tried to learn some movement tech (such as with spider-man) the size was amazing!
Also, as someone who went from valorant (starting in the pre-release beta) to marvel rivals (no other hero shooter experience tbh). I think valorant has the best training mode (relative to the game it is in). The main part missing is just having more elevation changes in the shooting practice.
On another note the hero mastery thing sounds kind of cool. It would be cool to see that in marvel rivals.
Hero Mastery is a great idea, and the implementation isn't terrible EXCEPT for the 4 star requirement and the fact the scoring system is confusing af. By the time you realize the time multiplier is a lie, it's hard to see them as anything but memorization training
I love Rory's videos, glad to see he's getting some attention
Holy shit a Pixelrory video! I love his stuff!
I’ve played Warframe to long I sometimes still call test ranges or practice rangers “simulacrum” they added that thing back in 2015 and it’s still niche as hell but I still use it for testing.
Realest thing I’ve ever heard hahahaha
Oh hey it's my good friend Pixelated Roryington
Hey that's my spiderman!
@@akira699 he was my goat Spiderman
I love the bayonetta 3 practice range, its perfect for training combos and i spent hours in there😂
I enjoy these VOD-snippets quite a lot. Don't have time to join every stream, and this way I get exposed to these gems I would probably never get aware of! Keep 'em coming!
OMG PIXELRORY THE GOAT
Flats's HEAVEN video, he's like oh hey im in home
an example of a missing practice thing in rivals is trying to hit cloack and dagger with magneto's ult. That situation would be so easy to set up in literally any fighting game. But it's impossible in Rivals and base overwatch.
If i wanted to practive aiming at tank form bastion, or even just seeing how fast punisher ult will blow up a Magneto ult I have literally no other option but to throw a quick play game or try to make friends on the internet.
He didnt talk about the amazing practice mode in dragon ball sparking zero! It is genuinely the best ive ever used.
hero mastery would've been more interesting if they let the community make custom courses. it had potential and unfortunately it was never capitalized on
Give the Training Bots Ults!
9:16 is so true tho😂😂
10:42 Curse you. Respectfully.
ignoring the fact rivals is just...taking overwatches training grounds and making it 100x better, you got to admit overwatches training ranges are REALLY good for what they want to do. with my only real issue is the bots are a bit TOO leniant to hit, with their massive heads and bodies. they should add sniper bots with movement, to have more accurate models to track for thinner heros. at least rivals lets you summon mobile character models to shoot alongside the fat headed bots.
ESPECIALLY compared to overwatch 1's range, ow2 made some crazy improvements. like adding a real shooting range, altering the damaging bots to fire strong rockets, and sniper bots among other things.
i mean, ignoring workshop and how thats basically overwatches current selling point over rivals, and in theory overwatch can create a community-driven training range that puts even rivals to shame. in all seriousness, overwatchs workshop is still one of those things i think people vastly underestimate, and its genuinely INSANE the amount of control it gives players. like yeah rivals is fun and has 6v6 with the same amount of love and balance competency...but can you play 90 different variants of Cod Zombies on it? didn't think so. if rivals dipped into that market, that would ACTUALLY spell the end of overwatch.(not really but id be more willing to sink more time into rivals)
6:43 My man got called out
Yay \[T]/
