Mr Lefty, I have just watched the best surfing video my eyes have ever seen. 1 EPIC photography, from the beach, from the drone, just absolutely awesome. 2 Barrels that last forever....PERFECT water. 3 Rides you dream of.... the curl coming over your head so long it seems like forever. 4 For me, weather and lighting conditions that are going to be hard to beat. 5 This "would" be paradise if I was there seeing this in person. I knew I was smart to subscribe. (I just gave myself a pat on the back.)
Georgia #1. And yes. She is an incredible rider. She challenges when it gets big. Two other goofyfooters got good waves (one had 4 barrels and the other a nice clean double section). Nothing more clean than Georgia's 4 barrel wave though. I thought the boats would mess up any chance for a wave before dark but Joey (Georgia other half) and I got in on a 2 wave set with just enough light😁
looks like a nice chill crowd, when i was there it was 40plus in the water and Brazilians snaking then taking off too deep and blowing the wave for everyone. I went on a smaller swell after a bigger one hoping the bigger one had taken the crowd, but heard there was 75 out the bigger swell.!
Many good Brazilians come on one or 2 good swells. A part resident Brazilian (legendary Fabio) took them into a circle and yelled at them in Portugese trying to organize things to be more respectful. Did not really do much but good to see Brazil fight with Brazil to at least try and get some sense into the crowd. As a bodyboarder...I just need low tide to eatch anyone exit. But if trying to get anything at high or mid tide....too frustrating. Weak barrels and cannot focus. This is a technician wave. Not a high tide crumbling Bali like wave...
2:57 that dude that dropped in, and then wasted the wave...get back to the boat goose, put yourself in the naughty corner with 6 bintang cans and have a good hard think about your actions
Wow , that was incredible ! The waves , the filming , and the surfing all going hand in hand to make one of the most stoke and froth inducing videos I have ever watched . Awesome and thanks for this , I will probably come back to watch this video every now and then for the rest of my life, no lie haha.

Sounds great. We almost went to Rote for the last swell, but it's a pretty expensive trip, so maybe another time.
