Yes, you can ban a few that streamers catch but there are hundreds more who do it secretly. There is also nothing you can do against ddosing, even if you start mitigating servers which is way too complicated for an online game this size, with a large enough botlane you can pretty much take down anything you want. It costs about 20 a month to rent a botnet powerful enough to take down any game server. Hacking isn't prevalent enough in LoL to worry about.

It's not hard to do, alot of servers offer target ddos, the game recognizes and reports your IP while you're connected and the program targets you through that.

Here's a classic example of how bad Riot handles these situations: So my brother and I queue up in the same party for some fun One For All. We got teamed up with another 3-man party in champ select. Twisted Fate is our team's champion. Our team was having fun; we were dominating the game and basically at their nexus at this point. We had the power to end the game at any time as a team. My brother and I decided to try to end the game now, but our 3 teammates wanted to mess around for a bit longer. After 5 minutes of this messing around, my brother and I got sick of it and tried to force end, but our teammates were LITERALLY telling the enemy team in all chat that we were trying to do so. For example, my bro and I sneaked through enemy jg to both ult and break their nexus, and at this time the rest of the team were saying "THEYRE GOING TO ULT AND END STAY AT BASE". My brother and I got so fed up with this and we started cussing our team out. We were basically held hostage in this game and playing 2v8 for another 15 minutes or so. We finally won, and we reported our team for trolling/griefing. A day later, my brother and I both got chat-restricted for about a week because our teammates from that game reported us. None of the three from our team got any bans.

Or if youre advanced, locate the botnet or computer where the traffic is coming from and attack it.

Premades/4mans are actually the worst. They need to make the report stacking they do not count as much and reports against them count more. You will never get more then 2 people reporting them unless someone on the enemy team is nice enough.

It's not hard to do, alot of servers offer target ddos, the game recognizes and reports your IP while you're connected and the program targets you through that.

Here's a classic example of how bad Riot handles these situations: So my brother and I queue up in the same party for some fun One For All. We got teamed up with another 3-man party in champ select. Twisted Fate is our team's champion. Our team was having fun; we were dominating the game and basically at their nexus at this point. We had the power to end the game at any time as a team. My brother and I decided to try to end the game now, but our 3 teammates wanted to mess around for a bit longer. After 5 minutes of this messing around, my brother and I got sick of it and tried to force end, but our teammates were LITERALLY telling the enemy team in all chat that we were trying to do so. For example, my bro and I sneaked through enemy jg to both ult and break their nexus, and at this time the rest of the team were saying "THEYRE GOING TO ULT AND END STAY AT BASE". My brother and I got so fed up with this and we started cussing our team out. We were basically held hostage in this game and playing 2v8 for another 15 minutes or so. We finally won, and we reported our team for trolling/griefing. A day later, my brother and I both got chat-restricted for about a week because our teammates from that game reported us. None of the three from our team got any bans.
