I'm trying to follow your video. I am hopeless with visual learning; give me a written pattern or chart any time. But I think I finally understand your instructions. What would have helped me was to know how many columns in each section in your frame that showed the # of columns in sections 8 & 9. My shell looks good so I must have counted right,
I have never written patterns but I am trying to write and will give you the written pattern..till then try with video its just repeats of stitches..

As of now I am working on to make it smaller will share once I coplete that..but if you make this one with smaller size thread, size 10 you may get a smaller version of it..give a try

The big one which I made its 12" and I made total 15 columns in total with 11 sc + 1 sl st..if you need bigger just increase the number of columns
Beautiful pattern and result. As hass been said the writing in white on a light background is unreadable. I found I had to freeze frame to see details. After several attempt I succeeded. I also find written instructions more useful than using just visual.

Section- 1: 3 columns
Section- 2: 5 columns - 4 sc + 1 sl st
Section - 3: 6 columns - 5 sc + 1 sl st
In section 4 &5 increase column by 1, which is your stitchs + 1
Section- 4: 8 columns - 6 sc + 1 sl st
Section-5 : 9 columns- 7sc + 1sl st
In section 6&7 increase columns by 2, which is your stitches + 2
Section-6 : 11 columns - 8 sc + 1 sl st
Section - 7 : 12 columns - 9 sc + 1 sl st
If you make it bigger I have mentions numbers of sections and columns sepratly in video.

I put that on tutorial itself, but other than that no written pattern.
I dont know how I did mine wrong, but mine is so flat any idea why?
Ohh may be thread/ yarn you have used..I made with cotton yarn.

Have you got the structure correct right? But not stiff shape as mine? I used Sugar'n lily cotton thread by using that stitches with that cotton thread shape came up like that.may be you try with that brand cotton thread.

Very good but very slow
At minute 29 the instructions become extremely confusing ant the fact that it fast forward doesn’t make it any better. Maybe it is good for very advanced crochet, but then I believe they don’t even need instructions. I had to start over a couple of times before switching to another video. Very sorry and frustrated of having to unravel everything! 😢
