You picked up some lovely items! I love those candles from Starchild, I usually pick up a couple when I am there. That little pixie is lovely, I got two similar ones for my mum a few years ago and she has them on her mantelpiece. I also like that incense, I must remember to get some when I am there at the end of October. Loved this Giselle and fab you got the Beautiful Creatures on sale too 🥰💖

@@madwitch9977 there are quite a few changes the backs are different and the names and keywords on a few of the cards are completely different. The 1st edition is not gilded and card stock is thinner, personally I think the 2nd edition is better but its nice to have the both especially as the 1st edition is quite rare x💗
Happy Anniversary to you both! The big eyed girls take me back to the early 70’s when I had a couple of pictures of them in my bedroom😂 Almost all my friends had them too. It was quite a thing😂

Oh what goodies!! We were unfortunate in our trip to Glastonbury last September that Sons of Asgaard was closed on the only day we spent there. We did enjoy all the other stores though. It really is like being a kid in a candy shop. Enjoy your new tarot deck, I don't own any of Jasmine Becket Griffith's decks but I do enjoy her artwork. Unfortunately I won't be able to watch your live as it is 10:00 am here in Canada and I will be away but I do look forward to watching it later. Have fun!!
So I don't know if you already found it out by yourself since I'm as always late to the party. But since you mentioned that you're wondering how the artist and creator worked together I thought I might share this with you. If I remember correctly the images are preexisting art and then they just tried to make a tarot deck out of them by pairing the already existing images up with a tarot card. So if I'm correct they never were created with the intend to depict a Tarot card. That's also why they differ from what you're used to seeing and why sometimes it's a stretch.
Oooo great start. Love this deck. I have some cedar wood thins for lighting candles once the first is lit. It sort of acts as extra magic. Ooo yes, thanks for the reminder, already forgotten about tomorrow 🤦🏼♀️ Is the link live?
