This is the first setup I've seen using the CleanTouch FX arches and I can honestly say besides the minor issue with the lava application (lol at the hose), I was very impressed! The arches and lights to the chemical applicators and scents were great! I was so glad that they still used the Ryko Razberry Clearcoat on this setup. I couldn't believe an older yet updated setup could put out such a nice looking car! The two driers definitely did the trick, I'm glad the antiquated Thrust Pro is still in action and going strong! This signage setup definitely pairs well with MacNeil and honestly any dated ryko setup, and I look forward to seeing more in the future!

Amazing video! I love older Ryko equipment! The only newer ryko equipment that I actually like is the 2nd gen Softgloss MAXX, and the new Radius HT, like the one at Magic Wash I filmend!
And this guy made a rare find too! Ryko Tunnels arent easy to find anymore

Very cool! Great job! I love how they refurbished this instead of replacing it. The Velvet Touch 2000’s that I have only received new conveyors and pay stations.
I can't believe they refurbished it, yet the mitter already has issues! It's just an old setup.
@@mpollux2 Yeah in the second part the second mitter curtain failed. BUT...the new signs sure do update things there...even for a Ryko.
i went through a VERY old and run down ryko rocket at a chevron near my house that is missing the tall brushes video will be out this weekend :D
After drying we went to heaven, lol.

That is a cool Ryko VT2000 car wash I would've taken a 2004 Scion XB to that car wash in 2020.
They really crammed a lot of equipment into that bay.

NCS has been pushing FX pretty aggressively. There are at least 3 washes in CA with at least part of the FX process now, and plenty more being built across the country.
SF Car Wash Channel what do you think about it?
@@mpollux2 It is a great way for NCS to sell more chemical. However, there is better value for your money with other suppliers.
Haven’t been to that one in years. I know there are two other car washes near this one.

What are those flashing lights at the beginning of the wash for?
I went there about a week ago. They got the soap system fixed, but the back left part of the mitter curtain is still not moving and they should also fix the dryers on the left and right.

At 0:19 you can see the menu. The Ultimate Wash was $10. Very nice deal.

3:12 see that's why that's why you don't use the GoPro on top of your car that the dryers knock it down that's why you use it in the car
Justin Lyons I’ve seen others doing it and I honestly don’t see the point of using a gopro if it’s behind glass, it just seems redundant if it’s stationary and inside. You miss all of the potential angles. Also it captured 98% of the wash but thank you for your input.
The point of a GoPro is to be in the element, filming through the windshield is just stupid
