I work in a hardware store. The manager is one of the most immature people to be around. I just treat on a professional level. I found out some things about him and I’m not pleased . Me and him bumped heads in the last but we are starting fresh. I don’t trust him at all. I notice lately that he is really short with me, less eye contact and talks to others instead of Me( which I don’t care… I rather not talk with him on that level). I had to go off on him twice… people said he is not use to anyone standing their ground. I’m not the one. I treat cordial but he lost access to getting to know me. He acts like a high schooler .

Man bro I feel the fake compliments. I'm in the army but everyone only does PT at 0600. No one in the company hits the gym. I do every single day. And they always like "man you big...you taking steroids"...blahblahblah...I just accept it and like na man I go to the gym you should join? Then they say na. I really felt it when I got promoted. Everyone else was getting all kinds of help to get promoted. I received no help at all. When I got my rank,I could see the ones who was kissing ass to try and get it twist their faces up when I was giving my speech. Last but not least the guys who like to make jokes I felt with that a couple weeks back. I had one guy in particular while I was in ALC make jokes about how I struggled with some of of the math portion. And had to make it known he was the "smart guy." I just stayed quiet and laughed. They always say don't fuck with the quiet ones. One day I had some henny and I snapped on him. And he was like "oh I'm just joking" well I wasn't anymore. Never fucked with me again.

I can relate my guy, one thing that has helped me be more approachable was slightly raising my eyebrows like not to the point you’re wide eyed but just a little bit and you give off less of a mean mug. Bro I really needed to hear this, I have always had a pretty face but i have been obese most of my life, i started to hit the gym and did my diet really disciplined for about 2 years and i got in a decent shape but mentally im still that fat unconfident guy and shits crazy when i go outside jsut to meet some friends over dinner or a cup of coffee i feel like every one hates me for no reason and its messing with my head. this makes more sense. thanks for this video.

Man bro I feel the fake compliments. I'm in the army but everyone only does PT at 0600. No one in the company hits the gym. I do every single day. And they always like "man you big...you taking steroids"...blahblahblah...I just accept it and like na man I go to the gym you should join? Then they say na.
I really felt it when I got promoted. Everyone else was getting all kinds of help to get promoted. I received no help at all. When I got my rank,I could see the ones who was kissing ass to try and get it twist their faces up when I was giving my speech.
Last but not least the guys who like to make jokes I felt with that a couple weeks back. I had one guy in particular while I was in ALC make jokes about how I struggled with some of of the math portion. And had to make it known he was the "smart guy." I just stayed quiet and laughed. They always say don't fuck with the quiet ones. One day I had some henny and I snapped on him. And he was like "oh I'm just joking" well I wasn't anymore. Never fucked with me again.

I can relate my guy, one thing that has helped me be more approachable was slightly raising my eyebrows like not to the point you’re wide eyed but just a little bit and you give off less of a mean mug. Daylyt touched on this in an interview and it’s been working for me, I dont hear “smile” or “what’s wrong?” Nearly as much as I used to. Good posture helps too. Hope this helps
