I have a stutter, so its already hard enough to talk to people, but Ive found that speaking more slowly not only makes me stutter less but also makes me feel more confident and in control. I would recommend that to everyone. Even if you think its uncomfortably slow, its probably still fine.

Really needed this , i used to be pretty good at speaking from the heart . I used to be really good at telling stories about anything the small things i did . The stories of me with my friends or siblings laughing, my thoughts on different things and my favorite things , or my goofg mistakes i made. I used to be pretty good at telling those things as stories but as i grew a bit older it faded . I dont think its gone just lost somewhere . I started to feel as though people would think my stories were weird or lame that i was just , cringy for lack of better words. Looking back my favorite memories are spent with friends telling stories and making more memories laughing and talking about our ideas and thoughts about things. It used to flow like water as you said , it was seamless i didnt even think about it til it disappeared. Im trying to relearn it for myself and for others i want to become a better person. I want that older portion of me back he was a funny guy honestly. Even looking objectively trying to paint things better or worse than they were i was just a joyous or wonderous person .making people laugh i didnt even talk to much.

you never let go, you accept that whatever happened to you is part of your story, events that will forge you into something greater, so you revisit the pain by writing about it, meditating and re-living those moments and allowing yourself to feel any emotion that comes back up, apologize to yourself for having that part of you rejected and suppressed for so long, forgive yourself and thank it for making it this far in life, and be consistent, growth is no overnight result, you will feel like nothing has changed at the first few practices but you will feel immense relief in the long term
also look up how to heal your inner child and inner work overall, it's very insightful

    Good advice.
One thing that’s important to understand as well is the strategic use of silence. To be a good speaker is knowing when NOT to speak as well. When used correctly, it can increase engagement as the audience waits for what you have to say next, dwell and reflect on what you just said, and use to increase tension and suspense.

Wow, this video really brought something else to me, that I would never thought to hear. You see, I’ve always had a hard time speaking, always stuttering, muttering and mumbling some words, having voice cracks mid sentence, and just saying words that aren’t pronounced right. But after hearing this man talk about how you can speak more clearly and work on it, I was blown away, like I’ve never heard *these* words come out of someone’s mouth before. Because I’ve always asked friends and family on how to talk more efficiently and better understanding, but the way they explain it, it’s like listening to a mumbled voice, and when they were over, I just gave them a 👍’s up. But really after hearing this man talk, it was kind of like a hypnotic trance, and after watching the video, I got to work on making my voice sound more better and more clearly. So thank you and you have a good day, and I hope this message finds someone relatable as well 🙏

I guess my issue still stems from stuttering. I have gotten a lot of compliments about my voice from straight up being compared to a jazz singer that i never heard of or telling me I have a radio/commentator voice. I still suffer from social anxiety and my job essentially makes me fake it till i make and i guess it works. I talk more slowly despite me freaking out on the inside and i guess that makes it more appealing

    - speak slowly and clearly
    - watch people who speaks well
    - learn how to tell a story efficiently
    - speak like a wave ( end your every word with down tone)
    - know what your speaking about
    - know when to talk and when not to talk
    - practice (record yourself everyday)
    - brush your teeth
