They could do 2-3 more movies (prequel) starring Keanu. From his time in Ruska Roma up to his "impossible task" when he left everything behind for his wife. We'll get to see more Marcus, Aurelio, Winston, Sofia, Shimazu, Caine, etc. I expect the impossible task to be as intense as Chapter 4 since that's when he got his nickname Babayaga. Plus, it's a better sendoff for the franchise since it will end in a happy note with John and Helen finally together as a loving wife and a 'loving husband'.

Yeah. After watching what they do in the raid movies, this fight was clumsy af in comparison because they had to make 50+ year old keanu reeves look good.
Plus, they were instructed that John would only die by his (Zero's) sword.

When Abram accepted his peace agreement, that instantly made him the smartest character in the franchise to me.
Ironically Iosef Tarasov was also the closest person on this list to actually Killing John Wick.
He easily could have when he and his buddies first broke into his house but was dumb enough not to kill him

something i love about these movies:
This is John in retirement, even when the man is out of practice and has been living an easier life, he still lives up to his title, Viggo knew and feared both the title and the man
Viggo knew they had no chance but he had to try to save his son, Viggo would've tried to pay John anything to spare his son, but that phone call they had early in the film confirmed that John wasn't in the mood for mercy

Basically John from John Wick 4. Who was basically so much stronger than he was in the first three films that he was able to fight armored high table emissaries so much easier with a pistol (mostly) than he did in Chapter 3 with an AR15.
Cassian is the most underrated character in John Wick
Honestly, when Viggo and Cassian fight John, it wasn't because they simply want to beat John.
Viggo already lost everything so might as well just try to fight him. Cassian takes on John for the honor of his ward, Gianna.
Santino deserves no. 1 because he knows who the Baba Yaga is. Iosef didn't.
Although Iosef didn't initially know who John was, he was still cocky enough to say he'd "finish what he started", even after being told by his dad exactly who John was.

Dunno if zero shouldnt be this high imo, he is pretty skilled but especially he was probably just to excited to fight wick and didn't really think about whether he can kill him or not.
To be fair, Cassian was able to put up a fight against John. Same for Kirill. Chidi was relentless af.
This was only from the first three movies. I'd put the two men who kept throwing John in glass instead of the Shinobi, though.
Hold up, the Shinobi could've actually KILLED Wick twice in Parabellum, they just chose not to. So I wouldn't say this was hilarious I would say this was way to close from John's POV.

These characters had a chance of beating John Wick (and 2 out of 3 actually 'bested JW' at one point, but didn't go thru with the kill, because it was 'sport' to them) : The Shinobi (although it was 2 against 1); Cassian, Zero
Now, which characters were a joke: Viggo Tarasov, Berrada, Ernest, Santino D'Antonio, Iosef Tarasov.
Ares (Ruby Rose) was all attitude and short on skills. The 'deaf mute' element was interesting for her character, but that trait didn't make her more deadly.
Ms. Perkins (Adrianne Palicki) had some skills, was sneaky, fought dirty, and would do what it takes to succeed (like dislocating her thumb to escape handcuffs). I betcha she could've 'bitch slapped' Ares so hard that she could speak again.
The Shinobis were just not into it to kill John Wick. They just want to play respectfully.
Some of them gave John a tough fight. Hand to hand combat is where John can be weak but he being John Wick, will always find a way.
He was also retired and older tho

I saw a movie almost like that on Netflix. Starring the kid who almost looks like the kid who played Lex Luthor, but he was a cokehead on This Is The End, instead. But I think the Luthor Kid did have his own Vs The World movie, but he was only versesing Ultra American boyfriends of his girlfriend.

Most of them because of the success rate they had with others thought they could kill him not remembering that his will is what drives him to victory over them. Would love to see him fight against Caine again but this time with his eye sight not blind

I remember viggo's son had a security chief who was not happy with him doing his duty he was not happy with his duty as he was doing it unwillingly but he gave John a really tough time.

The club security chief is one of the few who gave John Wick a run for his money. If they met each other in JW2 & onwards, John would've won. In JW1 security chief kicked his ass

Chidi and Cassian were the only ones who held their own against JW. Chidi was clearly the best. Had John dead to rites quite a few times.

To be fair, some of them got pretty close. They mention John Wick like some kind of god, but none of them pause for even one second to try to take him down or show any kind of fear. That's one minor thing that bugs me a little.

Dude is literally the most lethal and effective assassin in their organization who's probably killed more people and has had more successful contracts than anyone else, and every MF'er that goes after him has no fear....

At this point, I think the only one who would truly stand a chance of beating John Wick is Cain, but I don't think Donnie Yen can even pretend to not be badass. He's just so quick and skilled. One thing this list also does a good job of illustrating is just how lucky John is and how much he owes to his buddies. There were several points where he might be dead if not for luck or his buddies.

Perkins being eliminated by "her own hand" was awesome, I really enjoyed that. They were really good actresses for me to feel so strongly for their demise. I hated Yoseph that killed John's dog and Santonio that pulled John back in to kill his own sister.
In my opinion the shinobi should have been ranked higher just because they gave their respect to John and he returns back but also because they lasted the longest with him in a fight
