I just bought my car through caravan last week. So far everything been smooth. Delivery was on time driver was communicative . So far I have no complaints. I did see some things about the title and registration issues as far as getting it in time, so we’ll see how that goes when the time comes
I purchased a 2018 infiniti q60 red sport 400 awd from Carvana a couple days ago....I'll pick it up in about 8 days....it has 61,938 miles on it and I have splendid warranty mechanical and electrical that lasts me all the way up to 110,000 miles.....I feel very good about my purchase and I'm covered 😁

One I get that and tint my windows I will make a video of the updates 😂. It’s a legit business and you have 7 days to return after you take it to. Mechanic if you want another opinion on your new car.
When you picked out your vehicle and got it delivered, did you have all the options you saw in the photographs of the vehicle on carvanas website? Just curious as I bought a vehicle and got the same vehicle with some extra options they forgot to list. All that mattered to me was it was the same vehicle as in the photographs of the one I bought.

honestly theres no way to be 100% sure until you try it, and the 7 day return money back guarantee definitely puts me at ease...either gonna buy from them or probably not finance at all and just buy an older car lol

It was suppose to take around 2 to 3 weeks. But i made a mistake online with my apartment number. So make sure everything is correct so it wont be any errors.

In Michigan here, you still get the title, it is stamped with a lien though. You just can’t sell the vehicle/transfer the title without that being signed off by the lender.
Our experience with Carvana was terrible. The delivery time was from 11am-2pm EST. 2pm passes, but we get no call, no notification, nothing. We call to follow up, and were told to wait another hour or so. Carvana would not give us a valid ETA on the late delivery. Calling this unprofessional and lack of customer focus is understatement. We would not recommend buying or selling a car from Carvana.
Dang…. I had to get replacement plates so I wasn’t happy about that because for some reason I didn’t put my “apartment number” but other than that everything was cool. I hate your experience was terrible.
So the driver was an hour late and now you’re mad? Odd. Should be no biggie to most people, compared to waiting for hours at a dealer, you had to sit on the couch at home n wait?

They took payment from me like a hr after.
I think it depends on your bank. Mines was held then taken out the day of Delivery!

Yes. You can get your insurance same day. But you must have before they release the car in your possession.
