Jerika, the other day I used a chop stick to stir a body butter and then used it diagonally at the pour spout on the exact Pyrex measuring cup. Holding the chopstick with a bit sticking down longer than the spout and it gave me excellent stability using both hands to steady the container and it ran down in a nice smaller linear flow that I could direct more precisely into the hole, and it made it faster to fill them and I had way less drips almost none and since it came out faster I had fluid easy pour with hardly any that hardened up and stuck to everything else. Nothing extra on a spoon or spatula, just a small residual left on the chopstick and measuring cup. I haven’t viewed your whole video yet so I. Only speaking from my own experience ❤
Jerika, it’s not the vendors fault but the shipping company delivering to you. Once it leaves the vendor warehouse its in the shipping company. A lot of people are receiving their stuff damaged. Like you I didn’t know Costco sold them too. Also type in restaurant equipment in your area and you might find used bakers racks with shelves cheaper. Just some thoughts.
Hi Jerika, I've been watching you for I think two years:) Love your videos and always wait for new ones. I wanted to ask where did you make your website and how much you pay per year? Thank you! Hugs from Berlin, Germany
hey Jerika how are you and i love watching your vlogmas day 8 not day 7 og vlogmas and merry christmas to you and your family and i hope 2024 be a good year for your soap businessand keep up the good work you do and i love watching allof your video you do have a good christmas anda happy new year love from Clare Mansfield🎅🏻🎅🏻🤶🤶⛄⛄☃☃❄❄
Just curious, what happened to Moose Moose? lol which is me on you Patreon. I’ll be looking forward to how your lip balms turned out. I have a bunch made but looking for a better recipe.
I tried to purchase some bath bombs but they were sold out 😩. I’ll look forward to when they are in stock again. Do you perchance make them without a scent or for sensitive skin. My grandchildren can only use soap products for sensitive skin. Just wondering.
Hey Jerika! My big "MyWeigh KD-8000" scale does The same thing where I can't get one gram on it but I can get two three four etc. So no, yours isn't broke. 😂
Your over thinking the transition from loaves to slab. All you need to do is determine the amount of soap your slab makes then "resize" it in the soap calculator. The vendor your purchasing the slab mold should give the capacity (lbs). You'll likely need a very large stainless steel stock pot for your soap batter, larger spatulas and spoons. You will want to be sure your stick blender has a longer 19" shaft to accommodate the larger batch. Much easier that you think - you've got this!!!! ❤
Lips Lips Lips …..BALM ummmmmm yes…..yes the weather today is a treat after the river flow of rain……and yes I got up this morning questioning whether it was Thursday or Friday?????……awe let’s blame it on the weather…..
Ohh so I have a question about the scale because I have the same one! When I make soap I always put the formula in percentage and sometimes my weights are like 342.56G ... how do you measure those?do you scale up or down?
Well, I did not know that about butters! Good to know, thank you! I use mango butter in my lip balms and I haven't had that gritty problem since. Soooo, I tried your bath bomb recipe and I just knew it was going to work and guess what! Epic fail! Hahahahahaha! I know it's creator error because that recipe is great! Maybe you can help me out here, so I don't have a powered press, just a hand press, so when I go to get the bomb out of the mold it breaks in half in the middle or it would get stuck up in the top cavity! I threw such a hissy fit! I'm not even kidding! Hahahaha! Now, I didn't make a full batch only half because I wanted to make sure it was going to work. I did get 4 perfect bombs but that's it! Is my mixture maybe to "wet"? I'll try anything at this point! Thank you sooooo much for all your great videos and for all your help! 💛💛💛

This is awesome advice, thank you!
Jerika, Costco (business) carries baker's trays and tower. So far I got the trays, they strong and steady.
This is good to know, thank you!
Yes! I'm so happy to hear that you will be increasing the amount of product! GROWTH! 💪
Yes! Thank you!

I use Shopify and pay into the base plan which I think is a little over $30 a month?

Aw! Hopefully I'll have more up soon!
I think I have the same scale and it absolutely refuses to measure 1 gram, I thought it was just mine, glad to see it's not but still very weird
So strange!
