- Video of the Temple West Switch job lifting and dropping cars at industries on the west end of Temple, TX on my Santa Fe Slaton Subdivsion HO Scale Layout. A lashup of GP20u and GP30u drop cars at Temple Feed and Pactiv, and pick up empties from the team track and Pillsbury. Thanks for watching.
Excellent modeling. Love the weathering.

Interesting switching operation. Your weathering is very convincing. I enjoy watching your videos!
Thank you so much!
Very very nice! Love that GP30
Wow! That is awesome!
Thank you!
Awesome Video.
Thank you!
Thanks for sharing the ops session on your beautiful layout.
Thank you. My pleasure!
Just awesome! Your production value continues to rise with each episode. Good storyline and your commentary is exceptionally well thought out AND delivered smoothly without the typical “and ahs” which oftentimes spoil an otherwise good production. And then there is your modeling which is simply top notch in my book. Keep up the amazing job. Look forward to your next.
Thanks again Joel. Your feedback is always inspiring. Hope all is well! Cheers!!
Enjoyed it, Thanks.
Thank you!!!!
You clearly spent some time some 1:1 switch crews. Safe and Efficient!
Haha. Safety first…always!
@@atsfslatonsub6257 I had many friends and family that worked that sub, a couple still do. My family is from Slaton.
Try doing operations😊 with someone remotely on my layout! Now that fun. See the live stream on my layout for an engineer’s view.
Slaton + Lampasas = Slampasas!!!😂
That’s a really good one. I love it. Probably what I should
Call it!
@@atsfslatonsub6257 feel free to use it lol
How does the uncoupling work? electro magnets?
Hi, just uncoupled before the reverse move. It is a great trick for anyone dropping cars in hard to reach spots.
@@atsfslatonsub6257 that's awesome! Thank you!
Is David still alive?
