Hi Peter good morning, see if you can help me, I have Ae2 bose phone, it connects but does not play the audio, here in Brazil the assistance is horrible I am not getting support, have you been through this with your headphones?

I would need to replace one of the two small plastic tacks that hold the earcups to the stem, unfortunately they weren't able to help me from the bose support. Has anyone had the same problem? Do you know how to replicate and replace the piece? Thank you

I’m sorry, maybe I am just clumsy, but I simply CANNOT get those tiny tabs into the holes on the back of the pads! It looks so easy on the video, but I cannot seem to do it.
