      FYI @SujayPawar - Your Latepoint support team ignore emails and Discord DMs with issues that they dont want to deal with. Many users have been waiting for a fix to the Square integration for months and have been ignored or mislead for months.

    How will customers go to the customer panel. I added a customer panel, but when the reservation is completed, it stays as it is and shows the result. How do I add a button for customers to go to their own panel.

    I'm torn between Amelia and LatePoint for a client's booking system. LatePoint has this cool dashboard that customers seem to like, but Amelia offers more features and customization. I'm a bit lost here. Any thoughts on which one I should go for?

      Latepoint. I have used both extensively and Amelia is just not as good. My last site with Amelia will be switching to Latepoint.

    What do you think about the GHL calendar / booking vs Latepoint?

      GHL has a good booking calendar. I'll be making some videos on GHL in general in the future. At a basic level, it's comparable in overall capabilities. LatePoint's presentation is 100x better. Just looks way more professional/polished.

    Does late point integrate with Woocomerce to accept payments?

      Not natively, no. But if you Google it there is at least one option by a third party. I have no idea if it works.

    Thanks, you helped me set up my LatePoint as well as providing a solid review. What are your thoughts on integrating the Customer Cabinet with SureCart's Dashboard later when SC is integrated?

      It'll be interesting to see how that integration is handled. The payment itself going through SC will put the receipt/invoice in the SC dashboard. I actually quite like the customer cabinet, though. I think what I'd like to see is the customer cabinet with another tab at the top right before or after the option to schedule another call. I'd like to see one that opens the SC customer dashboard section. Or maybe they'll surprise us and do an even deeper integration between the two and makes the LatePoint cabinet available as a block within the SC dashboard.

      @@Convology I’d love to see all of the above. Looking forward to seeing how this develops and also for your future vids. I over invested in the LTD but I am also very interested in supporting Adam/BSF and LatePoint after they indicated they would include events, which could allow it to compete/replace events plugins like TEC.

    In 2024 would you recommend this or Fluent bookings

      I like LatePoint's dashboard that clients can log into. It's very slick. I also like the features coming to LatePoint in v5 (which hopefully releases soon). I'll be using LatePoint, even though Fluent Booking has made several significant updates that have improved many things.

      @@Convology Hey also wanted to get your opinion on why a plugin for booking makes more sense than something like calendly or tidycal. For example you mentioned in your case, your a one man show, wouldn't something like latepoint be an overkill?

      @@AIWithMohammed In most cases it doesn't, but Latepoint offers a little hub that users can log into and access all of their booking details and manage their calendars. It's a great opportunity to get more bookings, upsell other things, and provide for an ecosystem that feels more integrated than an external tool.

    LatePoint VS Fluentbooking?

      Both are solid. FluentBooking made several great updates recently. I'll be doing a follow-up video on it. For now, I'm choosing LatePoint because of its features.

      Maybe it was deleted by someone who posted it? I think I give a fairly solid recommendation for LatePoint in this video.

      @@Convology Nop, bcos it was me who shared.
      They deleted and add a comment saying "Duplicate content, we have post like that" and the only similar was a review from Adam... and since he is an investor, I don't think it was fair to delete an unbiased and great video like yours.
      Kinda shady if you ask me. (My bad, didn't see, it was shared before. So I take my words back and apologize to the Brainstorm team)

      This isn’t true. We’ve actually promoted this video ourselves in our Facebook group and other places, such as our Discord community. Your post most likely was not approved by our staff as this same video is already shared in the community

      @@SujayPawar The video was pending, then approved and some hours later deleted. But you are right, someone posted before.
      I didn't see the video because someone put a link without the screenshot or anything. It's just a link and a short sentence, very hard to scan.
      But you are 100% right, and I apologize sincerely for my words. My bad, sorry.
