Pgr is not friendly to new players if they are f2p, you need to be long time old player to have the right teams or grind for a year to get the newer teams based on how many units needed to clear stuff like norman and weeklies etc.
PGR is already show the world how Kuro does it. but PGR back then very underated only when wuwa came out,all the top CC only start to know who is Kuro and they test out PGR themself most them all jawdrop when comes to battle and char design.
pgr is nice but its way more p2w as wuva ever was most of the chars are not playabale without there weapons cause huge parts of the kits are behind the specific weapons still combat is peak in pgr

I used Rover too in my video, both spectro and havoc. In this toa you can use spectro rover on left side and havoc rover on right side. In the central hazard tower you can use Camellya Carlotta Jinhsi Xiangliyao etc.. Since this toa buffs havoc dmg, Danjin is great too, if you know how to use her. I used changli with spectro rover because I love the quickswap gameplay, but well done with solo rover👍
@stuffzluvverz_7665 spectro rover S1 grants 15 crit rate, plus 25 crit rate from eternal radiance. If you want to build havoc rover try to reach at least 65 crit rate 250 crit DMG. In this patch we obtained S4 and S5 havoc rover and it can lower havoc defense. When they will give us S6 havoc rover, we will get more crit rate. Anyway, rover is the best gatcha main character, she received so many buffs and it's perfect for f2p that don't have specific DPS like jinhshi or camellya. Good luck with echoes rolls 👍🦋

Kinda hilarious that despite having Jinhsi + Carly, i resort to use Hmc in side tower sections It'll probably took 3 patches (till having Phrolova, Cantarella and Cartethiya) for me to -forsake- put Hmc to rest for good
oh right, that FRee weapon from the event. i think i won't change it from my Rover because the it's a both Winwin from Spectro and Havoc rover. 2 main stats are atk but the bonus is crit rate which increase when you go atk(i think BA). Currently have 47 crt rt(need better crt rate in echo) and crt dmg on main echo and it reaches almost 60% crit rate in battle so most of the time my RL feels like a Nuke. Kuro really is generous. Note: I use the Transparent skin to it so it would look like the atks are pure energy like in Legend of the Northern blade Manhwa and they call that level of skill MIND SWORD
I had a crazy thought. Allow Rover to swap elements/fighting styles mid combat and really make them an absolute monster of a unit. You do that and they would never be powercrept.
I think character stats also linger if you open the character menu just after leaving ToA. Some buffs Spectro rover gains are like 15% crit rate from s1 and another 20% crit rate from spectro frazzle echo set and yet another 12% crit rate from the weapon's effect + 40% atk. Lowkey spectro rover is a great main dps and investment with the new spectro frazzle set is relatively cheap. You could go with an atk% 3 cost because spectro rover already has so much spectro dmg% in their kit. (about 120% with 2 spectro 3 cost echos) That aside, Julleeus still has a ton of Crit dmg. My own spectro rover can only reach 240% 😭
I'm f2p but i have all characters from jiyan's first banner until roccia banner, i win 50/50 7 times in arow from jiyan to shorekeeper and lose 50/50 3 times on Camelya, Charlotta, and Roccia banners 😂 and i still get signature weapon of yinlin, jinshi, xiangli yao and camelya. I never skip daily and event, clear TOA, all my map 100% except rinascita that on progress, i love this game so much😂
i'm almost there too, just didnt get roccia yet (and perhaps not so soon). i also have all sig weapons excluding the rectifiers and jiyan's. only spent on the montly thing like 3 times.
It isn't. There are more free to play friendly games, also i lost 5 50/50 in a row so if i want Shorekeeper next patch I need to swipe. Something that never happened in other games to me.

Yea but the thing is you can swap weapons between towers, i've made a lot of comparisons of camellya and carlotta using standard weapons and they're still doing great. The F2P strat for this game is to have 1 limited weapon of every single weapon type and just switch them around Also all of the weapon banner in this game is 100% guaranteed
You're factually wrong. My carlotta has the standard pistols, my camellya, changli, yinlin all have their standard weapons and I can easily clear the tower. A lot of people use the 4 star weapons too
Honestly, go for Spectro. She's basically the same strength but all of the future towers in 2.0 and 2.1 will be good for spectro element and Phoebe will be perfect with spectro rover

Man.. spectro Rover with the new set , its insane. they did a 180 on this characters.. previous spectro was kinda bad , i left his skills at 1.. but after i saw how the new buffed skills with the new set work i was like "wtf" this is like a new character. im absolutely not surprised it can clear toa alone. My spectro is NOT fully build and with buffs on has 97c.rate 280 damage. its insane XD and his base c.rate is like 50 lol you can do all in with crit damage and still have insanely high rate. they did him super clean xD
Dude, not even close. The most F2P friendly gacha I've seen is Limbus Company. You need to pull limited characters only once to achieve their full power and you can buy everything directly from the store for free if you have enough character shards.
