that neon colour highlighter strips are impractical tho. i prefer using the highlighter pen. i can adjust the width of the highlight by tilting the pen tip, and i can highlight just the important detail, not the whole sentence. and i don't really use sticky notes so... but that scissors and cutters are quite tempting. i want that......
