I think chickens are supposed to be roosting on a branch by dark they go in to a trance so there not really going to eat till morning. They are being normal but they could use a stick to roost on though.😊🧡💜🧡
Ben please get yourself some high protein Layer for your pullets! Corn or scratch will just make them fat and not lay. Ben they are looking for a roost bar or a chicken house. They are getting bigger fast. Sounds like my back yard near the big pond. Those chickens Are scared maybe something is stalking them thru the fence. Twin bug flies!! 😂
They might be confused by your phone light, scared by the presence of you or detect a snake. Put rubbing alcohol on your bump daily, that'll dry it up. See ya later Ben 😊

Chickens do not see well in the dark. That's why they go to roost at dusk.
They seem nervous about something, check the coop for a snake or something.

They are too young to lay, but it won't take too long.
It is dark Ben....past there bedtime. they usually go inside the coop and sleep.
Those are very young. They don’t start laying until they are 6 or 7 months. It’s sad they had to wait so long to be fed.
