It's bad enough that these challenges are just wasting food it's even worst that the fact that most youtubers use SO MUCH ingredients (as in they's put like half a jar of mayo instead of just using a spoon) that it literally makes at least 5 cups of smoothies and they end up not even drinking it at all.
