      If a debt is paid, it should be paid, there is no debt that's paid in full and still owed. Your statement is actually hypocritical because you'd be the same person 30 years later saying he doesn't deserve his rights even after you saying yourself he has to choose whether or not he will want to redeem himself by serving his time. Prison will make him worse and the problem is mostly that we will do nothing to reintegrate him back and mind our business until the inevitable time comes he repeats crime because that will be all he knows. At this point it is society that has failed him, not the other way around. Fix the system.

      But even so his crime would likely be manslaughter so likely even when convicted of manslaughter he would not be sentenced to life without the possibility of parole

    If you feel for teens, I will share an incident that happened a few months ago in my small town. There was a house party going on in our quiet little neighborhood. About 20 people chilling on a Saturday night. These four "teens" ages 15, 16, 16 & 19 were driving fast by the house. A few people outside the house just yelled slow down. The teens turned the car around, stopped in front of the house, got out with handguns and started firing into the crowd. Three females died and seven others wounded; all adults in their 20's & 30's. Three of the teens were arrested the next day with one escaping. His father, a former gang member from another state, was in town and said the police won't ever catch his son. It took a few months but they finally got him in another state on the other side of the country. In my state, you aren't allowed to own a handgun unless you are 21+ yr old. The excuse of the kids who were still in high school was they shot the party up because they were "disrespected". Understand what that father said about his son would never be caught but had no remorse for his son to kill people for absolutely no reason at all. I'm sure the parents of the other teens probably had the same mentality. Just because they are a certain age, they are committing hard core crimes and it won't stop. It's the culture, it's the environment, it's the parents fault and it's a slap on the wrist letting them go on to continue is the problem. Everyone involved with this incident were people of color and probably the reason it didn't make national news. What really makes it sad is there was no outrage from the community. A few days later, it was like no big deal around here.

      @kylewoodowens4488 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Where was this news? Did the Mainstream woke media hide that too? Teens who are shooting into a public crowd should automatically be sentenced life in prison. No if ands or buts. The only time a child should be holding a gun is case of a emergency of self defense, hunting (animals of course) and learning with a trained instructor or parent.
