zoysiasod.com/... We see sod installers all the time dropping a new layer on top of the old lawn like they were trying to raise the soil level so the neighbors could see it better. LOL
Truthfully a sod installation done correctly is much more attractive and will get noticed from down the street.
The hard work is the prep. The sod installation portion of the job is the easy part.
If you value a job done correctly and understand that good work may cost a bit extra. Then of course I want to work with you. My crew and I get job satisfaction out of renovating a lawn into perfection. That is why we do it. That is how I can get my crew members to stay with us for so long.

I do encourage you to get a couple other bids. It seems as though companies out there are all over the board on price. Some are similar to us. Other companies are 60% more than us and don’t even prep the lawn. There will always be the cheap guy that will do some prep but fail to kill the old turf or tune the sprinkler system.
Then there are the sod sales guys that will allow you to install sod into a lawn covered up in shade and you will have to do the project again 2 years later.
