Somebody redirected a deal we posted on Google my business page, it was an offer for £2000 product, when you click redeem offer now it redirected the customer to a competitors checkout. The competitor is ignoring us, google hasn't given an explanation. However we have the URL and in it, it says LudoCid is ludo the name of the marketing company? Obviously there is a number of issues with what happened, first our customers were redirected to our competitors checkout and second we are a tradeamrked company. It was clearly our post from our Google my business with a very long description of our offer. The question I have is what is Ludo before the Cid? We intend in taking legal action but we can't figure if it's Google or the Competitor that we need to take legal action against
