this is great. I remember reading something about my business getting in trouble with services like these? if google catches it or something. have you had any clients get in trouble?
Google actually recommends asking your customers to leave you a review. I have never had any issues with my clients getting in trouble about Google reviews. You get in trouble when you get fake reviews or when you heavily incentivize reviews with money. However, Google is not very good at enforcing any of this stuff.
Hey Clay, Great Video but I have a general question. Why do people pay so much for reviews when they could simply ask for them after completing a service or sale? Why not just use simple QR codes with a bonus, like a free drink or 20% off? What's the USP that makes people choose your service instead?
1) The Done for you part. 2) being Automated 3)Filtering feedback vs Reviews 4) consistency 5) one of the biggest part it very easy for the Client to leave the Review basically no effort from them. And moreeee..
At first I misread it too… The Standard package doesn’t give you 50-100 reviews per month. It is for businesses WITH 50-100 new customers per month 🙂 I hope this helps 😉
Yes Martin is correct the plans are based on the number of Review Requests we send out each month to NEW customers. So if you get 0-50 new customers per month you will be on the $99 per month plan

If I go for the standard package, how are you going to get me 50-100 reviews per month if I haven’t even done that many jobs in a month?
