  • Get answers to the most commonly asked questions about our world-first, full double-surface Fusion wing, that combines design influence from foil kites, paragliders and also SQRL wingsuit ram-air technology.
In this video, co-designer Simon Burner answers technical questions and shares some technique tips to help you enjoy all the top end performance that's possible with the Fusion wing.
While the Fusion is noted for raising the bar when it comes to strong wind stability and handling, if you're used to a pumping a single surface wing to get going in lighter winds, there may be a little adjustment of technique needed to access the Fusion's low end power. Find tips on topics like that in this video.

great blend of technical solution and design ! Congrats Simon & Team ! I´m used to being able to grab the sweet spot/center of effort one handed as well as mounting the harness lines there ! As I´m close to ordering a 6.5m and every wing is kind of custom built upon order (colours) it would be great to get a long front handle on request. I´m sure lot of customers would appreciate this move as well ! Thanks !

Thanks Ozone Love my Fusion! The speed and accelaration is addictive. The wind range is amazing both low end and top end and the low drag is great for flagging out on fast ocean swells. Keep the innovation coming.

Wonderful... Only backdrop so far is that there is no window in the wing to see through...

How do the different sizes compare? 6.5m is currently my most used wing, but wondering if the benefits are not as noticeable in larger sizes.

Hi, you can have a look at the specification tab of our website product page. There is a wind range graphic that would help you understand the wind conditions needed for each size: ozonekites.com/race/wings/fusion-v1/. It is true that the wind range will also depend on the nature of your body: If you are a tall and heavy rider >80kg, then you may want to consider getting a bigger size than 6.5 on light winds, but if you are under 80kg and shorter, then a 6.5 could be enough to be able to generate energy without having the wing tips touching the water.
      hope this helps

Hey ! I ve got it since months now.. and first .. how to dry it properly ?? Personnaly i hang it at home like ram air kite, impossible to dry properly on the sand..
Also pay attention if you dont dry it properly you can have moisture on the canopy.. i have..
    Also :
1 - front hand and back handle too short
2 - no space for hand because of the handle, dammage my hand on the strut.
3 - handle move, you can ear noise when you ride fast.. stiches make me lose confidence about handle.
4 - way toooo many power in the front hand !
5 - poor stability when not in pressure, also neutral handle is too soft and allow too many degree of liberty.
6- valve are basic, supposed to be a high standard product? Better on fone and duotone..
7 - dont even find the pressure PSI on the wing
8 - hard to go downwind
9 - hard to sale as a second hand
    Positive :
    1 - go fast
2 - fast upwind and angle
3 - water dont stay inside
    4 - very fast (😂)
