    Hi North,
I have the original 850 wing and looking to try new maneuvers and overall advancing in the sport. Would the MA850V2 be the obvious choice or rather go to 1050? I’m 85kg on a North Sense.
    Thanks!

      Hi there,
The 850MAV2 would be your best bet in this situation.
You will find the V2 has a much better wind ranger per size. Additionally, we have focused on making the wing much more playful in the smaller sizes, making it perfect for the next stage in your progression.
      I hope this helps,
      James from North🤙

@MikeRaper0505 How is the stiffness of the MA2400V2 with the e-glass? Does the thicker foil help offset the flex of the e-glass as opposed to the others with carbon construction? I'm very curious about this, so I ordered a MA2400V2 to try it myself. I can't wait to test it on the water.

The MAv2 wings in the bigger sizes have quite a long chord length being mid aspect ratio wings. The thickness is always a percentage of the chord length.
So a longer chord length will automatically result in a thicker profile if you keep the same profile thickness in %.
In short this mean that these bigger mid aspect wings are based on their geometry alone already very stiff. We call this geometrically stiff.
It does not take much laminate to get them to the stiffens values we want from a performance point of view.
There is no downside to go for a prepreg E-glass laminate for these type of wings.
Hence we brought out the Prime MA1850v2, Prime MA2100v2 and Prime MA2400v2 which are using a prepreg E-glass laminate.
The MA1850v2, MA2100v2 are currently also available in our standard carbon prepreg construction, as well as all the other smaller front wing sizes in the MA range.
Prime and Carbon Series come out of the same mould. The Carbon version is just a touch lighter than the Prime version at a similar stiffness.
In the construction details both versions are identical. The individual prepreg layers warp around the LE making it a pretty bullet proof construction.
The Prime version is anything else but short of a 'low-quality pressed together' E-glass front wing where the two moulds are butt jointed at the LE and TE line and wings can easily split apart on impact as no layer wrap around the LE properly connecting upper and lower skins. So nothing wrong with using E-glass prepreg for these front wings.
Hope the above info is helpful?

Which front wing would you recommend for sub 10 knots wind winging for 80 kg rider?

@airidaskondratas1057 obvious that depends a bit on your skill level. I would say MA2100v2 but if you are already a bit fit on the foil MA1850v2 would work as well.

The bolts are titanium? Have they always been for the Sonar line?

Just started shipping new models with Ti. The range will shift over to Ti for all models eventually.
