  • This was a project I worked on in college. The story is about an aspiring artist who works on a painting and waits for it to be sold. Just wanted to thank my cast and crew for the hard work, I hope you all enjoy it.

Most relatable film. That’s totally me, getting rejected several times after long hours of dedication, but I don’t quit

We live in a world, that moves around production. It is more profitable to give without any attachment to your work.
Art is expensive and not a made in China or a quick drive-thru take away. Art that has been mass produced in studios or factories, might be effortlessly finished, not time consuming and much cheaper, but you can't expect anything different or anything more. The art work can even be a copy or next variation from another artist's inspiration and idea. As long as it is profitable. Profit matters the most. It is called art without heart. The artist might be 'functional', making money, but the labourer will soon get so bored and tired of the latest fashions and trends, that the short cuts will be an existence in a rat race.

If the circle was any different from a 3 year old’s first drawing , It might have been actually believable for it to be sold

Is it random that the rejected artist is a woman? Would the final choice be different if they he didn't know who painted what?

are aj kal esi hi painting bikti hai jisme kuch hota hi nhi hai matlb ul-jalool type bole to abstract work. Or jin paintings m jyada mehnat lagti hai unhe kam punchhte hai log. badi hairani hoti hai kabhi kabhi kuch ese kalakaro ko dekhkar jo char aadi tirchhi lines kheenchte hai or famouse ho jate hai na jane kon sa goud rahashya chipa hota hai inki paintings m jo mujhe to smjh nhi aata. 😵
