+Angel Montero hello! as someone that often shaves their eyebrows for cosplay, i hope my reply can help you. it honestly depends on the person! eyebrows grow faster than head hair however. usually for me it takes a few weeks for them to come back.
How can it be that the best make up brushes come from Japan yet almost every model etc. I see doing makeup online uses fumbly little brushes and applicators?
(I think) that's bc japanese don't focus on applying precisely their eyes shadow and American makeup tend to be really complicate so you need good brush while japanese makeup tend to be really easy, most of the time they just focus on making their eyes look bigger and they don't try to make a "patern" with the shadow so they don't need good brush (sorry for my bad english)
Still it is very focused on making the skin look good. And there are plenty great brushes for applying foundation, concealer etc. and I have barely seen more than a blush brush in these videos...
She always has so much fun shaving off her eyebrows. I'm like, "Man, I wanna have fun too. Lemme go get a razor..." I'm a bit more wary now about applying glitter to my face and eyes lately as it seems to be a bit painful to remove. I tried glitter mascara for the first time a couple weeks ago and removing it was like wiping glass shards across my eyelids... T_T Beauty is pain.

Alternatively instead of shaving off your eyebrows you can wet them and use hair chalk to change the colour, it works really well!

instead of shaving the eyebrows she could use a nyx or a white eyeliner on the eyebrows then add eye shadow. it makes it much easier.
