Awwww, as an ex-JW Elder, I can say “God’s Word For Us Through Jeremiah” is one of my all time favorite books, b/c it aided me in leaving the org. Back story: I hate liars & deceivers, Nō. 1. I was going through something personal in my life right during the pandemic. But, as a good Elder, and long time JW, I followed the advice given: ‘Engulf urself in spiritual food provided.’ So that’s what I did. It just so happens, as we were studying the 10/2021 WT, I decided to read the entire magazine. Boy, oh boy, did I catch a blatant lie on p. 30, that of the “Spiritual Food provided in 1921 w/ The Harp of God.” Problem is, they highlighted the 1928 version, not 1921 version, b/c the 1921 exposes one of their false dates (1925) & the msg in 1921 was that if u converted & followed Judge Rutherford, u will be in God’s grace as He destroys the world in 1925. OK, that led me down a rabbit hole, but I was willing to forgive that “clerical” error. However, as I was trying to prove 607 BCE, I turn to the Jeremiah Book. I caught something disturbing on Pg. 55; they mentioned how Archeologists, Eliat Mazar (R.I.P), on her excavation found artifacts proving Jerusalem destroyed in 607 B.C.E. Unfortunately, I’m a bit of a history geek, & I know for certain Ms. Mazar did a PBS special regarding her excavation of David’s Palace. During that interview she, REPEATEDLY stated it was clear Jerusalem was destroyed in around 586/587 BCE. This interview can be found via Google by simply typing her name and David’s Palace. Once it became apparent this organization could not be trusted, libraries upon libraries I found myself at, buying old publications from thrift shops & Amazon. The truth revealed itself, but the CSA matters closed the door permanently.

Funny thing is that nothing very interesting happened in 1934 (aside from low cost high performance Duesenbergs). It's so strange to think that one incorrect understanding of history, followed by it coincidently landing on the year that World War I started, basically made this religion work. If World War I had started just a couple years later, or if they had known when Jerusalem was destroyed, there will probably be no Jehovah's Witnesses now.

One major difference in what you diatribe failed to mention. Point 1 - 2 Samuel chapter 23: "The spirit of Jehovah spoke through me; His word was on my tongue". King David was personally anointed by a prophet by Jehovah. Hence he was inspired. Point 2 - 2 Corinthians 11: Paul if you read the context which you left out was being sarcastic in his letter to the Church, who was consumed at that point by their WORKS! Isa 9:6 the word Prince in the Prince of Peace means PATRON ANGEL also Leader. WHO IS the ONE LEADER that we have? Jesus. Now, that same exact Hebrew word was used for Daniel 12:1 which is used for Michael the Archangel. So are you saying there are MANY LEADERS now?
