You get divident bonus etc from stocks..

Index won't give dividend or bonus but when it comes to long term we will get divided bonus, share split, stock value will become high
The only thing we should do is pick fundamentally good stocks which is undervalued and patiently wait for 10-15 years and enjoy meanwhile you will get dividend reinvest that dividend amount so definitely compounding magic will happen thank you

Yes Compounding works on mutual funds, MFs can experience capital appreciation when the value of the underlying assets held by the fund increases. If you hold onto your MF investment and the value of the underlying assets grows, you'll benefit from the compounding effect as the increased value is reflected in the price of the MF NAV, but there are some common misunderstandings about compounding, I will try to make a video about it.
