If people saw the character leaks they know what most of the symbolisms of the characters are. The staff belongs to the magistrate of rinascita called feibi. The case belongs to a havoc loli character called rococo. The mask belongs to a male character called bulante. The gun belongs belongs to an ice dps character called corlette and yes she is female. The only character we know nothing about is the fourth image.

You keep comparing WuWa to Assassins Creed but I think you're seeing similarities that don't really matter. It's like one logo uses the color red and another logo uses the same red so one logo inspired the other when that's usually never the case. I could say the Rinascita's logo also looks like the Facebook logo, the Pepsi logo, the Tesla logo upside down, the Firefox browser logo, Starbucks logo, etc.
Which part? If you mean the logo, I typed out that high res quality saying “Ragunna Rinascita” you see in the comparison, using a font called Assassin for Assasins creed. The same font it seems Kuro used for their drip. I just checked now, the JP drip font is the same as the font for AC in Japan. I agree that there only so much that can be inspiration, but this is more precise because it’s font for font.
Isnt the 1st image just a staff? A Caduceus is supposed to have winged serpents, not a bird. It does look like a staff of authority, something a certain Genshin character has. I'm expecting a regal, judge-like gentleman.
