That resonated with me, too, because I almost went to a retreat and decided not to because I didn't want to give my power to a few days with Dr. Joe and others. I wanted to rely solely on the power within me. I also didn't want to attach elevated emotions to being around the right people. I want to independently elevate and give energy rather than take away. I sometimes feel like I chose that from a struggle mentality, vs one of abundance and possibility, but I surrender to the process and am not putting a timeline or location on my healing. Thank you for sharing your story. It really describes the journey; the necessity to stick with the work no matter what. The crux is self love. You mentioned “devotion to myself” at one point. That really resonated with me. I think so many of our problems stem from becoming conditioned to not have that true self regard. Sabrina you rock!! So excited for your healing and your new baby!! You shared great details on how you had to keep overcoming yourself and doubts and fears- over and over again. I loved hearing your story and it reminded me so much of my own healing. We all have slight variations on when and how we healed but it comes down to dedication and keeping consistent with the work. Turning off all the “noise” (news, problems, etc) in our lives and focusing on ourselves. The more we allow our brains to keep going back to fear and worry, the longer it takes to heal. So happy for your new, amazing life!! ❤️
