It’s recommended that the anti-tip wheels are pulled out from the “park” position but they didn’t seem to be on the video. Actually I've removed mine as I've done previously with other scooters. I believe they can damage the subframe with repeated drops off kerbs.

Hi Royksk,
You are quite right they are not out in the video as I prefer to drive with them in for more usability. If a user was nearing thr 20st user limit, it may be best to use them for extra stability.
In all my years I haven't seen anti tips damage a subframe yet, but I have seen twisted anti tips. 👍
