    If you continue that chord progression, it may be able to almost sound like Disclosure - You & Me (Flume Remix) if you make it as a future bass.

      Yeah! To do that you'll want to assign the vocal to its own FX channel and send that channel to both the master and another dedicated FX channel. that way, you can effectively control the wet/dry mix with the "send" knob

    Dude that stereo trick u did that channel delay line or echo delay line did you pay for the plug in or is it from lmms?

    • @benshipleymusic
      @benshipleymusic  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      It's from LMMS and it's free but looking back on it it's not the best idea, it creates phasing so it's better to leave the lead vocal in the center and record all your harmonies twice and pan those to opposite sides! You can hear me doing this in Underwater and Lockdown 😊

  • @Manerr
    @Manerr 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

    • @benshipleymusic
      @benshipleymusic  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      If you're using something like a phone/laptop microphone, it will make your voice sound unnatural simply because the mic quality is bad. AKG makes some decent USB microphones that have a more natural sound!

    • @benshipleymusic

      The vocal was already in the song-editor, the fast-forwarded part was just me adding some synths in the background to complement the vocal :) To get the vocal in the song-editor, I double-clicked the first box of the vocal track in the editor and then added a note in the piano roll the length of the vocal!

      Hey! I'll list off a few things that might solve your problem.
      1. Are other programs able to play audio? If they aren't, the problem is not in LMMS. It is most likely because you have a different output device selected for your computer.
      2. Try switching the audio driver in the LMMS settings.
      3. Is the master volume on the top and bottom left of your screen all the way down?
      These are the issues I can think of off the top of my head. If these don't work, try uninstalling and reinstalling the program!
