    I usually cook the noodles first then I start cook the meat and all that separately

    Looks good but you cook noodles for too long,
    also me I would add more of the sauces

      All asain culture share the same similarity food but has its own name and different ingredients in it.

      Korean,thai,chinese,hmong,laos,and cambodian make this dish in there own traditional ways too but everyone just call it different 😉

    Noodles isn't ready to soft. Noodles need to be soft with hot water boil pot only.

      WHY does it matter??
      Any way you can get it soft enough to eat should be fine!
      I just don’t like how she cooked it too long.
      I like my noodles not too soft
      so I will just stir in noodles at the end with the green onions & cilantro
