  • Christopher Mellon, former Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Intelligence, discusses the potential consequences of disclosure to the American public.
Presented by Nolan Laboratory and the Stanford School of Medicine in November 2023 at Stanford University, the symposium convened an unparalleled meeting of leading voices from academia, government and industry to collectively drive forward a new academic legitimacy to UAP.
The videos encompass the various talks from across the two-day event, addressing the science of UAP, the potential societal impact, and considering the necessary steps to enable responsible sharing of any information held on the topic. Their release reiterates the Foundation’s message of increased transparency and disclosure surrounding UAP information and regulation; a defining theme of the symposium.
About the Sol Foundation: The Sol Foundation is a research institute that funds and guides scientific research. It produces policy and advisory research aimed at addressing the UAP issue and preparing society for its social implications.

They are not our parents. I'll figure out what to do with the truth. If our neighbors are popping by for visits or they are living somewhere here I want to know about it. This isn't 1938 with our main medium of communication telling us we are actively being attacked. We have been slow-rolled long enough to handle the truth.

This guy and the others at SOL clearly know that "ET" is here and has been here for a long time. I used to be way more skeptical a year or two ago. I don't think the average person who hasn't gone down the UAP rabbit hole has any idea about half of this stuff, my own family and friends included. Too busy, too distracted, too afraid to look at it closer, or maybe just happily oblivious.

There are many lies here in the field of UFO, but the truth can be established by special methods of Open-source intelligence (TEXT MINING). After studying all the materials about UFOs, it becomes quite obvious that since the late 40s of the twentieth century, a secret project has been developing in the United States for the development and production of aircraft, where the lifting force is created using high-frequency vibration. It all started with James Pitts' "Sky Car" vibrating orthopter umbrella, then the umbrella was closed with a dome and devices appeared according to the scheme of conventional electromagnetic vibrating speakers (membrane + inductance) - fragments of the membrane were found by a farmer in Roswell. Then they created piezoelectric thrusters, or with small dischargers on the surface (they glowed all over the body due to ionization of the air), and now they are planes with plasma propulsion panels (so they are angular - that is, with flat surfaces). Thousands of discharge cells are densely packed into motor panels - they shoot streams of plasma (railgun architecture - coaxial electrodes). The ionized air of the spark discharge is accelerated in the railgun chamber by the Lorentz force to enormous speeds - a kind of ramjet engine is obtained. Just imagine! - tens of thousands of small ramjet engines assembled in panels and launching plasma synchronously at a huge frequency (hundreds of kilohertz). Plasma jets form toroidal air vortices - this air cushion creates lift and acceleration. See, for example, the MARAUDER (Magnetically Accelerated Ring to Achieve Ultra-high Directed Energy and Radiation) project. My article "UFOs are made in the USA" and the books "UFO Hunt" and "UFO Elimination" describe all this in detail. The technology is quite mundane - it is known in great detail thanks to information leaks. For example, air ionization in the coaxial elements of a railgun is created using radiation (radioactive polonium is introduced into the metal). Devices of this type were used throughout the 50s-60s-70s-80s for secret missions (they took off, as a rule, from special submarines). With the fall of the USSR, their use by the United States was practically curtailed (in the novel "Little Green Men" by Christopher Buckley, speechwriter Bush Sr., a scene is described where the US president decides to curtail the "flying saucer" project). The winding down of the project can be recorded by the drop in magnesium consumption in the United States, since such fuel was used in fuel cells (magnesium strips were burned in forced galvanic batteries), this is 2007-2008. However, later the development of the technology continued in the Russian Federation and China (the technology was restored by reverse engineering methods for downed devices). Secrecy, however, was maintained and there was no civilian use because the technology was not suitable for it - harmful microwave radiation from pulsed plasma thrusters (harm to pilots and impact on electrical appliances inside and along the flight line). The payload is small (but one nuclear charge is enough). There is no radio communication - unmanned vehicles can fly and maneuver only in accordance with the program. Previously, there was a narrow application profile - rare spy missions (so that pilots do not get a lot of radiation). Reconnaissance aircraft of this type were often observed at military bases, missile launch sites and airfields. They were even seen by peaceful geologists in the taiga, where clearings for seismic exploration were laid - UFOs flew there to check whether military construction was underway (I myself heard stories about this))). I think that soon this technology will be declassified, and cargo airships with flickering round plasma panels on the surface of the hull will appear in the Arctic sky.🕳🕳🕳🕳🕳🕳🕳🕳🕳🕳🕳🕳🕳🕳🕳

In 1923 it was proven that other galaxies exist - that must have been ontologically shocking and was within the last century, yet we never hear of it. The severity of the public reaction is likely to be overestimated, with the worst of it being in the undoing of lies told to us throughout decades of propaganda, which has gaslit the population into denying reality. Maybe. But the truth might involve vaster mental spaces that exceed our comprehension. It might be very humbling, especially for governments and those of us who live from a sense of human power over nature.
We seldom realize how much of our sense of who and what we are is rooted in illusions of human superiority or dominance. We may have to learn to see ourselves differently and to give up our sense of being at the top of a natural hierarchy. The more we've already let go of that the easier it will be.
We may have to develop spiritually or become paralyzed. And spiritual or religious vanity won't do.

Knowing other intelligent forms of life exist beyond that of humans is not scary. At this point it’s ridiculous to think we are the only ones in the universe. It’s a fascinating topic I think a majority of people would like to know more about. Why assume everyone would lose their minds? Why assume people would even believe, especially when we have flat earthers? Different people will react differently. I think we deserve the benefit of the doubt and the right to know the whole truth! Grusch basically said aliens exist and it was barely a blip in the system LOL. Just come out and say it already.

It’s change in direction and further acceleration were not like a bird or drone (that are currently known of). It descended through cloud at a further distance but exposed itself more so. It appeared darker in colour the lesser the light on it. It made no noticeable sound throughout its manoeuvres. Height could have played a part in this. If it wasn’t an ‘alien ship’ then it was definitely a piece of Military equipment.

Mellon is a hero, I’m so pleased he’s not given up on this topic despite all the roadblocks it seems have been put in front of him and others.
Interesting when he discussed putting yourself in the President’s shoes and how nobody wants to hold a press conference where they say Aliens are here and we’re not sure whether we could defend ourselves. I honestly think we need that kind of realisation, it’s the truth after all. Our world has been turned into a place that is all about power and conflict, and perhaps we need to be humbled back into our place to get along with each other again.
Mankind needs profound changes in order to destabilised the powerful corporations and institutions that have taken a hold of it, and who are stamping on the little guys to stay powerful. We need to know our true place in the universe.
Most people, if they’ve considered the ‘is there life out there’ question seriously, will already know this is the case. Even if you’re just a ‘lay of averages’ type of person, there are most likely billions of other life forms, so what are the chances we’re the toughest of them all?

Another way to think about this: disclosure may disrupt our current way of life (stock market, economy, lawsuits between govt and corporations, etc...). But do y'all see one common denominator between all of these? It's the might dollar. What if disclosure can reshape our definition of the meaning of life? What if disclosure can move us away from the mighty dollar? After all, dollar is the reason that humans develop greed and harm other human beings. What if after disclosure, we move towards a world where gaining respect is not by how much power one has (again often measured in the mighty dollar), but by how much knowledge and value he/she can bring to the human collective and allow us to grow spiritually?
tldr: what if disclosure "resets" our way of life and gives us an opportunity to grow collectively as a human race and not fight one another because of power and the mighty dollar?

They aren't coming from another planet. it is far weirder than that. they are interdimensional, or even weirder paranormal/spiritual.

    • @FFNOJG

there is a reason grusch, and everyone has started using NHI, and UAP. because they do not actually believe we are dealing with "extraterrestrials" and unknown flying objects, but "non-human intelligences" and "unknown anomalous phenomenon" because it is infact... far weirder than beings from another planet. Melon is running disinfo right here.

I have always believed in there being intelligent alien life with capabilities beyond even our own...but until recently, I was a major "UFO" skeptic with serious doubts about the likelihood of them having visited earth. I think it was engrained in me from a young age, when ufo stories were laughed off. Now, I not only believe its likely...I believe it is almost certainly happening. TMZ did a great 3-part documentary that fully convinced me.

Why is everything so fear based??? “How would we defend ourselves against them?”. We wouldn’t be able to, and That’s if they are malevolent, which I highly doubt they are.

What is most terrifying about all of this to me, is that we have to jump through all of these massive hoops just to get the truth from a tiny minority of immensely powerful people who have decided to keep it from the rest of humanity. If that doesn’t bother you even more than the possibility of ET existence maybe you should take a moment to reflect on it. We are living in a broken system. We are our own greatest threat.

If one will profess to seriously evaluate the „consequences of disclosure“, one must also scrutinize the consequences of non-disclosure - and with equal thoroughness.

I think the problem is not about disclosure of a extraterrestrial race but the disclosure of ground breaking technology that has been hidden from humankind, the repercussions against governments and the military etc would be significant, when you have told a lie for so long it just compounds.
