My Hyundai i10 2009 ASTA model purchased 2 nd hand, two years back. Initially it was giving 11-12 kmpl, changed drving tricks mileage improved to 16-17 kmpl. Rate acceleration must be done modestly not to press acceleration padel hard/ full to get quick speed up, pressing acceleration padel and releasing it for very short span will help improve mileage definitely.
I drive kappa 1.2 2008 model on 80-100 km/hr and it easily gives me 15kmpl. Even I get 17 on highways. Slow acceleration and constant speed is the key.

It's not a problem in Highways but if you drive in city the mileage drops a lot. They say it has VTVT Tech in the engine which is a Variable Timing set up for Fuel management but i don't think they have done enough in this field to make visible changes on mileage. i don't see a good solution cause this had been a issue of Hyundai cars since the cars were launched in 1995. the Elantra then a very well equipped car they launched around 1997 was a gas guzzler. it gave a mileage of 6 to 8 km/litre with the a/c on. so this model made in Korea has disappeared entirely. If you are looking for mileage this car i10 is not for you,insteard go for three cylinder engine cars with around 800cc 's . I think Small Maruti Japanese cars make a lot of sense.

Clutch pe paer rakh ke mat chalao Nahi to clutch plate jalne Ka chance Hota hai And traffic me hamesa 1st gear Ka use Kare for good milege 2nd gear Ka use na Kare Nai to clutch plate jalne Ka chances Hota h

Yes sir. That engine is a refined and more powerful engine. So you can expect a milege of 13-14 in city with ac on. If you will drive it with light foot. And in higher gears👍
if the clutch is at good condition and you slot the car in 1st gear it does move ahead because of the torque.. just got the clutch fixed on my i10 2008 1.2L .. i guess it's pretty normal

Then push the car till possible.

Drive RPM consciously Or Crawl at 2nd gear is the only option in traffic to improve mileage, but foot pain will be guaranteed.
