2:1 pulley-ratio, so using one pulley is effective only 45 kg max. What is the max effective weight if both low pulleys are used together for low-rows, or both upper pulleys used together for lat? 45 or 90kg? thx in advance.
You would be at 90kg in that scenario using both sides, 45kg per hand.
